UL盐雾试验要求Testprocedure试验过程Thetestiscomprisedoftwoidenticalandsuccessive12dayperiods.这个试验由两个统一的连续的12天的试验周期组成。Each12dayperiodiscomprisedoftesta)followedbytestb）每个12天的试验周期包括试验a)以及b)Testa)168hofexposuretothesaltsprayatmosphere.Theconcentrationofthesalinesolution试验a)168个小时暴露在盐雾环境中。构成盐雾环境的盐溶液重量比5%±1%，试验温度为formingthesaltsprayatmosphereis5%±1%byweightandthetemperatureofthetestchamberismaintainedat35℃±2℃。35±2℃Testb)5exposurecycleseachconsistingofan8hexposuretoawater-saturatedsulphur试验b)5个包括8小时饱和二氧化硫气氛的试验周期。试验温度为40℃±3℃dioxide-richatmosphere,(seeannexA),duringwhichtemperatureofthetestchamberismaintainedat40℃±3℃，followedby16hatrestwiththetestchamberdooropen.接着打开试验舱门继续做16h的试验。Aftereach12dayperiod,thetestspecimensarewashedwithdemineralizedwater.每12天的周期结束后，试验样板必须用去离子水清洗。
