Checks include the following the color is correct, oxide films if requested;section conforms to design including the height, angle, thickness, etclength requirementis easier to control, and therefore work both from a technical as well as management are particularly valued. 2. technology process: checks for vertical models, specifications, check the box in place, ferrule fixed Liang Xiaduan, and top bolted beam three dimensional adjustment. 3. basic operation: (1) check the vertical type and specification: before 对经过水渠或潮湿路段，施工前先挖沟排水，沟沿路线的纵横方向呈方格网形布置，最外侧纵向排水沟，其边缘离红线0.5m，其截面尺寸及横向排水沟间距须满足监理工程师的要求，沟内积水排出路基红线之外，经晾晒、晒干，经监理检查验收合格后进行填土压实。 (三)道路工程 路基施工 一般规定 (1)、路基土方作业，须熟悉图纸，按规定切实做好路基排水和路基处理以及边坡防护工作，确保路基的强度和稳定性。并注意人行道的压实工作。 (2)、挖方或不填不挖段的路基，均须压实至规定压实度。填方必须按规定厚度分层压实。 (3)、路基面表层的草皮、树根应清除干净，路基面以下的墓穴、井洞、管沟应分层加以妥善处理。 填筑作业基本要求 施工中始终坚持“三线、四度”。三线即:中线、两侧边线，且在三线上每隔20m插一面小红旗，明确中线、边线的控制点;四度即:厚度、密实度、拱度、平整度。通过控制路基分层厚度以确保每层层底的密实度;控制住密实度以确保路基的质量及工后沉降不超标;控制拱度以确保雨水及时排出;控制平整度以确保路基碾压均匀及在下雨时不积水。 在路基中心线每200m处设置一座固定桩，在固定桩上标出每层的厚度及标高。每层填土前做出路肩，在路肩两侧每隔50m(局部加密到每隔20m)设置一道临时泄水槽至路基外排水沟与路基填筑同步进行，确保雨季路基上的水及时从泄水槽中排出至市政排水管道中，避免雨水冲刷。 (1)、分层填筑按设计路基横断面全宽纵向水平分层填筑压实。分层厚度根据填筑压实试验段所确定的工艺参数严格控制，路堤每20m设一组标高点，每层压实厚度不大于30cm，不小于20cm，最大虚铺厚度不超过35cm。地形起伏installation to be familiar with the drawings, and to be familiar with to order materials, know exactly what each part of the mullions used to avoid misattribution. Checks include the following the color is correct, oxide films if requested;section conforms to design including the height, angle, thickness, etclength requirementis easier to control, and therefore work both from a technical as well as management are particularly valued. 2. technology process: checks for vertical models, specifications, check the box in place, ferrule fixed Liang Xiaduan, and top bolted beam three dimensional adjustment. 3. basic operation: (1) check the vertical type and specification: before 时由低处分层填筑，由两边向中心填筑。边坡两侧各超填30cm宽，以方便机械压实作业，保证路堤全断面的压实度一致，竣工时刷坡整平。根据自卸车容量计算堆土间距，以便平整时控制均匀的分层厚度。 (2)、摊铺整平填土区段完成一层填筑后，先用推土机初平，再用平地机终平，做到填层面在纵向和横向平顺均匀，以保证压路机的碾压轮表面能基本均匀接触地面进行压实，达到压实效果。摊铺时层面做成向两侧倾斜2%,3%的横向排水坡，以利路基面排水。在推土机摊铺平整的同时，对路肩进行预压，保证压路机进行压实时压到路肩不致滑坡。 (3)、洒水、晾晒根据试验段所得出的结论，选择最佳控制含水量，路堤填土的含水量控制在Wopt+2%,Wopt-3%。当含水量超出最佳含水量的+2%时，采取在路基上摊铺、用悬耕机松土晾晒的办法，降低填土的含水量。当含水量低于最佳含水量的-3%时，洒水润湿。 (4)、机械碾压。碾压前，先对填筑层的分层厚度和平整度进行检查，确认层厚和平整度符合要求方能进行碾压。开始碾压时，先用小吨位光轮压路机对松铺土表面预压，然后再用大吨位振动压路机碾压。压实作业按照先压路基边缘，后压路基中间，纵向进退，先慢后快，先静压后振动，由弱振至强振的操作规程进行碾压。碾压施工中，压路机往返行驶的轮迹必须重叠一部分，光轮压路机重叠1/2轮宽，振动压路机重叠40,50cm，相临两区段纵向重叠2.0m。压实作业做到无偏压、无死角、碾压均匀。详见附图。 (5)、填筑压实的几个特殊处理 机动车道下的管道、雨水支管等结构物的埋深较浅，回填压实度达不到验标要求时，可用灰土或砂砾对管沟胸腔、管顶检查井及雨水口周围进行处理。如管顶距路床面小于70cm时的排水管，则采用砼进行360?包封。 路床整修及碾压 (1)、确定路床的纵向中心线、路床宽度和路床的横坡度。 (2)、为了达到设计要求的路床土基的弹性模量值，路床顶面以下30cm深的土层必须达到有关规范、验标要求的压实度。 检验签证采取三级检测制度，即:施工队自检，项目部检查，监理工程师检查。 installation to be familiar with the drawings, and to be familiar with to order materials, know exactly what each part of the mullions used to avoid misattribution.
