Job Title: M&R Coordinator
Reports to: Technical Manager, China
Brief Description of Roles (i.e. purpose of role)
s tanks/containers M&R activities in China; 1. To control the Interbulk’
2. Keep and maintain job journals and report as request;
3. Follow the company’s policies and procedures at all time.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Key Activity 1 – Tank maintenance & repairment Approx. % time
1. Processing and approval of all tank repair estimates;
2. Communicate with our abroad office by fluently oral English
3. Maintaining M&R database;
4. Ordering spare parts and maintaining records thereof;
5. Checking and authorising parts invoices
6. Processing of depot yard sheets;
7. Administering InterBulk regional test/ inspection program;
8. working with depot network across China to achieve harmonization of standards, procedures
and costing framework

Key Activity 2 –QHSSE
1. Compliance with QHSSE policies of InterBulk;
2. Arranging ad hoc surveys as required. 30%
Desired Qualifications and Experience
1. Collage graduated or equivalent, new graduated are welcome;
2. Office based admin & control awareness, prefer logistic background;
3. Fluent in written and spoken English;
4. Good PC skills in MS office;

2. 按公司规定维护工作日志及业务报告;
3. 遵守公司规章制度。
工作职责
罐箱维修、维护 工作量% 主要职责1 –
1. 准备及审核罐箱修理的预估;
2. 同国外客户用流畅的英文进行口头业务沟通
3. 维护罐箱维修&维护数据库;
4. 采购备件，并负责库存记录;
5. 核查并审批备件采购发票;
6. 负责维护罐箱原始记录。
7. 执行InterBulk区域性查验、检测
