Dear Sirs,
Reference is made to the damage sustained to my vessel due to negligence and/or mishandling of cargo gears by your stevedores during cargo operation, please find attached Stevedore Damage which is self-explanatory.
One behalf of my Owners, I hereby further hold you responsible for any and all hidden damages which may sustained to my vessel during cargo operation and I reserve the right to extend the claim for all damages found when discharge of cargo is completed. Please acknowledge receipt of this notification by signing the duplicate copy and return. Yours faithfully, Acknowledge Receipts
