Project Manager has been assigned as the Project Manager for the Project Name Project for Client Name. Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the client requirements are satisfied, and that all contracted products and services are provided. Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of the project, as described in this charter, and will be working closely with appropriate functional managers to ensure that all project objectives are met.
Responsibilities

Authority
The Project Manager has authority in the following areas:
· To engage and replace Project Team personnel as required, and direct the activities of the Project Team.
· To access the client contact on all matters pertaining to this project.
· To access assigned practice managers on all matters pertaining to the project.
· To control of the project budget.
· To direct actions to monitor the time, cost, and performance activities.
· To contact across functional units and with all levels of management to accomplish project objectives.
