教材分析: 《I like sweets》是湘少版教材五年级上册第六单元的知识。这是一节情景对话课,
围绕“询问他人喜好”这一用语展开。在第五课中学生已初步接触了怎样询问别人的喜好,

教学重点:熟练使用本课已学单词和句型能运用“I like…”熟练表达个人的喜好。
教学难点: 回答他人的询问 “What do you like?”
教学设计:
Step1.Warming up
? Sing a song: Happy New Year
? Hello, hello, how are you?
Fine, fine, I’m fine, thank you.
Hello, hello, how are you?

Step2.Presentation and drill
Here comes a little boy, he is very fat, but do you know why is he so fat? Because he likes
eating very much. Let’s go and have look what he likes. ? lollipop: Show a card and speak to the wall in low voice to let Ss listen carefully about his
pronunciation.
Methods: pat the card, slow and quick response. ? Jelly: Show a card and speak to the teachers in low voice to let Ss listen carefully about his
pronunciation.
Methods: use Ss’s head to touch the card, magic fingers. ? Chocolate
Methods: high and low voice, the train is running. ? Nuts: Show a card quickly and do not let Ss see it clearly and then ask: Do you know what is
it?
Methods: use Ss’s shoulders to touch the card, high and low voice. ? Ice-cream: It’s sweet, we like eating it in summer. Do you know what is it?
