轻工行业反倾销案例分析 2010-3-22 我国轻工行业近年来在海外市场连连受挫，已连续15年成为全球反倾销调查的重点，出口欧盟、美国、日本的产品也屡屡成为召回/通报目标。作为一个轻工产品出口大国，在国外应对倾销指控，在国内采取反倾销措施以维护我国企业的合法权益这两个方面仍然任重道远，需我们深入研究国内外反倾销的立法和实践，深入研究WTO有关反倾销的规则，总结出有益的经验教训，应用于我国的反倾销实践工作，不断提高我国的反倾销水平，在实际案例中看乾坤。 案例一:中企临阵脱逃致美对织带征反倾销税 2010年2月6日，美国商务部公布对华窄幅织带反倾销反补贴合并调查倾销部分的初裁结果，两家强制应诉企业中，厦门姚明织带饰品有限公司(下称“姚明织带”)倾销幅度为0，另一家由于未应诉，被裁定为231.40%的惩罚性税率。13家获得平均税率资格的企业被裁定为115.70%的税率，其他未应诉企业的全国统一税率为231.40%。 “去年7月得知被告时，我们完全懵了。”姚solicited opinions and suggestions Article 265, including: four problems to 171.
