JAR-FCL3.315Gynaecologyandobstetrics (a)AnapplicantforortheholderofaClass2 medicalcertificateshallnotpossessanyfunctionalor structuralobstetricorgynaecologicalconditionwhich islikelytointerferewiththesafeexerciseoftheprivi—
legesoftheapplicablelicence(s).
(b)Anapplicantwithahistoryofseveremen—
strualdisturbancesunamenabletotreatmentshallbe assessedasunfit.
(c)Pregnancyentailsunfitness.Ifobstetriceval—
uationindicatesacompletelynormalpregnancy,the applicantmaybeassessedasfituntiltheendofthe 26thweekofgestation,inaccordanchwithparagraph
1Appendix8toSubpartC.Licenceprivilegesmaybe resumeduponsatisfactoryconfirmationoffullrecov—
eryfollowingconfinementorterminationofpregnan—

ciseoftheprivilegesoftheapplicablelicence(s). (b)Anapplicantshallhavesufficientsitting height,armandleglengthandmuscularstrengthfor thesafeexerciseoftheprivilegesoftheapplicableli—
cence(seeparagraph1Appendix9toSubpartC). (c)Anapplicantshallhavesatisfactoryfunctional useofthemusculo—skeletalsystem.Anapplicantwith anysignificantsequelafromdisease,injuryorcongeni—
talabnormalityofthebones,joints,musclesorten—
donswithorwithoutsurgeryshallbeassessedinac—
cordancewithparagraphs1,2and3Appendix9to SubpartC.

(b)根据C分部附录7应当特别注意下列病
史或临床症状:
(1)HIV阳性,
(2)免疫系统损害,
(3)传染性肝炎,或
(4)梅毒.
JAR—FCL3.315妇科和产科
(a)2级体检合格证申请人和持有人应无 可能影响其安全地履行相应执照职责的任何功 能性或器质性妇科或产科疾病.
(b)申请人有难以治疗的严重的月经紊乱 史应鉴定为不合格.
(c)妊娠者不合格.如果产科评定提示完全 为正常妊娠,在妊娠期26周内可鉴定申请人为 合格,根据C分部附录8第1段.妊娠结束或终 止后完全恢复者可恢复执照职责.
(d)申请人接受较大妇科手术后至少3个 月内不合格,直至手术的影响不再可能影响其 安全地履行相应执照职责(见C分部附录8第 2段).
JAR—FCL3.320肌肉与骨骼系统标准 (a)2级体检合格证申请人或持有人应无 可能影响其安全地履行相应执照职责的 骨,关节,肌肉和肌腱的任何先天性或活动性疾 病.
(b)申请人的坐高,臂长,腿长和肌力能够 安全地履行相应执照的职责(见C分部附录9 第1段).
(c)申请人的肌肉一骨骼系统应功能正常. 申请人有严重的骨,关节,肌肉或肌腱的疾病后 遗症,损伤或先天性异常,经或未经手术治疗, 应根据C分部附录9第1,2和3段鉴定.
