A sales seminar on promotional strategies in a changing market is being held at the Crown Plaza
from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on May 25th. The seminar is chaired by the famous marketing expert
Bill Andrew and it will be extremely informative and instructive.
It is strongly recommended that every member of the marketing force attend this seminar. I am
confident that it really pays to attend this seminar. Anyone who cannot attend the seminar shall
have a justifiable reason and shall tell me no later than 20th.
As usual, we will pay the entrance fees for all those attending.

product reaches consumers in good condition. With packaging, the product can be protected during
transport and distribution. It can be free from heat and cold, moisture, breakage and other damages. It
keeps the product in good quality and safety.
Packaging helps to sell the product. Beautiful package makes the product more attractive and encourage
purchases. The attractive color, shape, design of the package may arouse consumers’interest and push
them to make a decision to buy. Furthermore, the information contained on the package tells consumers
what the product is and how to use it.
