一、 第一部分 无线电通话基础知识 1.1 通话基本要求 1、 应熟练掌握通话和通讯设备使用的技巧。 2、 通话之前应确定无他人在讲话，避免信号受干扰。 3、 在通话过程中，应使用规范用语。力求简短、明确、清晰、易懂。 4、 语速、语调和音量应适中,语气应亲切和善。 5、
