Heatingpipelinesshallbefinishedlyingupondeliveryofthecommercialhouse.Thepurchaserappliesforusingandpaysthecharges.Proceduresrelatedtoheatingapplicationandusingshallbesubjecttothestipulationoftheauthority:3. Heatingpipelinesshallbefinishedlayingupondeliveryofthecommercialhouse.Thepurchaserappliesforusingandpaysthecharges.Proceduresrelatedtoheatingapplicationandusingshallbesubjecttothestipulationoftheauthority.Ifthestipulationoftheauthoritychanges,acorrespondingchangeshallalsobemade:4.
