Both m parents ere eduators, m maternal grandparents ere eduators, and for the past 40 ears I ve done the same thing. And so, needless to sa, over those ears I ve had a hane to look at eduation reform from a lot of perspetives. Some of those reforms have been good. Some of them have been not so good. And e kno h kids drop out. We kno h kids don t learn. It s either povert, lo attendane, negative peer influenes. We kno h. You made it ork for me. You made me feel like I as somebod, hen I kne, at the bottom, I asn t.
