?1: Responsibilities of party A
Party A will fulfil the responsibilities according to the iVWA Guarantee Certificate concerning
the job guarantee and scholarships.
甲方将履行iVWA 的承诺书中的就业承诺及奖学金中的相关条款。 What is more party A will offer the services and fulfil the responsibilities which are mentioned
in the admission letter.

书中提到的额外的相关的学生服务。
?2: Responsibilities of party B
To take advantage out of all services and to obtain full guarantees as mentioned in the iVWA
Guarantee Certificate and in the admission letter Party B must sign up for the programme
obligatorily before Sep. 16, 2006.
为了履行iVWA 的相关承诺条款并提供各类服务，做好新生入学准备工作，请务必于2006916前办理报到手续并交纳学费。
Tuition fees for the second and third year must be paid by party B to the bank account of
ZHCPT by notice.
第二年及第三年的学费将根据通知支付到珠海城市职业技术学院账户。 To claim full rights in case of unemployment after graduating from iVWA party B must sign in
the Job Placement Programme as mentioned in the iVWA Guarantee Certificate of party A
during the study programme.
为保证学生就业权益，乙方需在学习期间参加由甲方免费提供的就业项目。 If party B withdraws from this programme ahead of time, this contract will be cancelled
automatically.
如乙方提前退出此学习项目，本合同将自动解除。
?3 Additional clause
This contract consists of two pages. The signatories will receive three copies of this
agreement in Chinese and English. ZHCPT will fill one copy. Oral agreements have not been
made. All changes must be in written form.
本合同共有2页,签字方将各有该协议的中英文正本一份，另一份由珠海城市职业技术学院存
档。口头协议无效,如有变更须采用书面形式。
