of his room and repeat his request. After half an hour the astonished servant decided to ask the man what
he was doing with the water.“Nothing,”answered he
calmly.“It’s simply that the room is on fire.”
Good health is the most valuable possession a person can have, but one can not regard good health as certain to happen. It’s
important to remember that the body needs proper care in order
to be healthy. There are three things that a person can do to stay
in good shape. Firstly , eating the right foods is good for health.
Vegetables and fruits are especially important. Enough sleep
is also important. Finally, get plenty of exercise .Sports are
not only good for one’s body, but they can also help build
friendship with others people. If everyone were to do the three, the world would be a happier and healthier place.
