隧道预应力锚杆对拉 施工 文明施工目标施工进度表下载283施工进度表下载施工现场晴雨表下载施工日志模板免费下载 工艺 隧道预应力对拉锚杆施工工艺 一、工程概述 驿坝河2#隧道设计为小净距隧道～左右线间隔9，10m～属短隧道。左线隧道起始桩号为ZK417+263、ZK417+620～隧道长度357m,右线隧道起始桩号为K417+270、K417+605～隧道长度335m。本项目隧道左右线间距小于12m～根据设计图纸～在IV级和V级围岩段～中间核心土部分采取对拉Φ25低预应力中空注浆锚杆加固。 驿坝河2#隧道进口段主要为全，微风化千枚岩～鳞片变晶结构～条带构造～节理裂隙较发育,洞身段为中-微风化白云质灰岩:灰白色、深灰色～节理裂隙发育～呈镶嵌碎裂结构～局部发育岩溶裂隙及溶洞,出口段为强风化白云质灰岩～节理裂隙发育～呈碎裂状结构～溶蚀现象较发育。根据设计图纸～对拉低预应力中空注浆锚杆V级围岩浅埋段间距为100×50cm(纵向)、V级围岩深埋段间距为100×70cm(纵向)、IV级围岩段间距为100×100cm(纵向)～水平对拉～梅花形布置～共计13574米。 二、施工工艺 预应力锚杆采用Φ25中空注浆式锚杆～设计预应力90KN。本工程左右洞同时采用单侧壁导坑上下台阶法开挖～每个台阶开挖面初期支护完成后立即进行此段对拉锚杆施工。 maintenance business reception;
