主要研究的是90橡胶排气挤出机的整体设计，包括螺杆、机筒、衬套在内的所有零件。通过查阅相关资料和向老师问寻，了解橡胶排气挤出机的功能及原理，对橡胶排气挤出机有深刻全面的认识，并运用所学知识独立设计一整套橡胶排气挤出机。首先通过了解橡胶排气挤出机的性能来对挤出机进行参数设计，尤其是排气螺杆最为重要，七段螺杆完成排气任务，橡胶排气挤出机与其他挤出机最大差别就在于螺杆，然后依次由里及外，衬套、机筒分别单独设计，加热冷却系统也与其他挤出机不同，最后为了保证设计合理，要进行必要的校核，排除任何不安全隐患。通过为期两个多月的毕业设计，我独立完成设计一套橡胶排气挤出机，并达到预定目标。

The design of 90 rubber vented extruder
The topic of this article is about designing a whole 90 rubber vented extruder, including the screw, the barrel, the bush and all the other elements. With the teachers’
help, the function and discipline of a vented extruder are comprehended, the knowledge of a vented extruder is mastered deeply, and a whole 90 rubber extruder is designed in person with all the acknowledge mastered. At first, the work of the parameter design is finished according to the performance request of a rubber vented extruder, in which the vented part of screw is more important, because seven sections of a screw have to finish the venting work. The big difference between rubber vented extruder and other extruders is the screw. Then the design goes on from interior to exterior, the bush, barrel, and the heating and cooling system is different from other extruders also. At last the calculation is needed to assure the design is reasonable and reliable. Within two months, the design of a rubber vented extruder is finished in the accordance of the design request.
