一 概述 上海电机厂 60 年代初已开始制造矿井提升机用大型直流电动机 自 1962 年生产第一 台 720 千瓦 58 转/分大型直流电动机至今已生产了百余台大型矿井提升直流电机 1978 年起结合引进技术 并开发了低速悬挂式矿井提升直流电动机 该类电机由于设备占地面 积小 投资费用省 传动效率高 维护方便 改善运行环境 达到了技术经济上更为完善 的目的 上海电机厂经过数十年的生产实践 对矿井提升低速 大型直流电动机 设计 领导形象设计圆作业设计ao工艺污水处理厂设计附属工程施工组织设计清扫机器人结构设计 制造积累 了丰富的经验 通过不断研究改进 最新建立了 72XTD 系列矿井提升低速大型直流电动 机 使电动机性能更加优良 结构合理 质量可靠 三 产品性能 1 本系列电动机的定额为连续工作方式 2 电动机的励磁方式为他动 励磁绕组有四个引线端子 分为两组 两组串联电压为 110V 并联时励磁电压为 55伏 电动机容许强行励磁 强动电压不得超过 500伏 3 当采用磁场向进行逆运行时 磁场电流从正向额定值至负向额定值时间为 0.8秒 4 电蹈许电流变化率(di/dt)为 200 300倍额定电流/秒 5 电机容许的短时最大过载能力为 2 倍额定电流 持续时间 60 秒切断电流为 2.25 倍额定 电流 6 电动机容许双方向运转 7.电动机适用于直流电机组电源供电和静止电源供电 当电动机采用静止电源供电时 整 流器的脉波数应不大于 6 在额定基速 额定电压和额定负载下的相控总量不大于 15 供电电源的峰值纹波因数不得超过 6 四.结构特点 1 本系列电动机的定转子铁芯分别采用优质钢板和硅钢片叠压而成 适用于可控硅系统的 供电方式 2 电动机绝缘等级为 F 级 电机采用无溶剂真空压力浸泽处理 VPI ,使绕组绝缘具有良 好的抗潮能力 机械强度和导热性能 3 本系列电动机有两种结构型式 一种为有轴和轴承座 另一种为无轴 无轴承座 直接 悬挂在提升主轴上 后一种称悬挂式电机 它与提升机主轴的连接方式又三种 (a)轴套过盈连接 液压装卸 (b)夹板式配合螺栓连接 (c)夹板式高强度螺栓摩擦连接 4 本系列电动机的转子槽为斜槽 使电动机在整个运行转速范围内确保平稳运行 并有效 防止磁噪音 5 电机定子绕组内埋置测温元件 pt100共四件 主机绕组和换向绕组各二件 6 当电机制成带轴 带轴承时 其轴承采用卧式复合润滑滑动轴承 轴承上带有电接点测 温装置或铂电阻测温元件 pt100 轴承供油系统和装置一般由用户自备 7 悬挂式结构电机 电机定子为可移式 能从轴向位置移出露出电枢部分 便于维修 8 电机防护等级有 IP01和 IP44二种 通常采用换向器外露的 IP01型式 电机的冷却方法为 IC37 电机的安装型式为 IM5710,IM7321 l. Works(abb.as SEMMW)began to produce the large-size D-C motors for mine hoists in early 1960s.Beginning with the first large motor rated at 720 kW at 58 r/min. we have produced more than 1 00 pieces of such large-size units for coal mine hoists .In 1978. We still developed low-speed D-C motors of overhanging type construction based on the transferred technology .Motors of this type hit a more perfect goal in technical and economical aspects .resulting in smaller mounting space required; lower initial capital .higher operating efficiency .easier maintainance and better application surrounding. SEMMW have got abundant experlences in designing and processing the large- size. low-speed D-C motors for mine hoists .after tens of years on production practice .The large D-C .motors of series ZKTD are of The newest model with performance better. structure more reasonable and service more reliable, resulting from uninterrupted reseach and reform. 3.Motor performances (1)The duty cycle of the motors is continuous(SI). (2)External excitation is used for all motors. four terminals from the exciation winding are arailable for either series connection(110V).or parallel connection(55V). Forced excition is permitted with ceiling voltage not over 500V. (3)The time taken by the excitation current changing from its rated in one direction to its rated in reversed divection is 0.8 sec. when reversed direction of operation is required thro. the reversal of excitation. (4)The permitted variation rate of motor current. di/dt. is within the range of 200-300 amp/sec. (5)The permitted instant maximum overload capacity of motor is two times rated current with sustained time of 60 sec. the tripping current is 2.25 times the rated. (8)Motors could operate in both direction of rotation. (7)Motors could be energized on either motor-generator set or static rectifier source. while motors are used in later case. the number of pulses should not be less than 6.with the peak ripple wave factor being not over 15% under conditions of rated basic speed .rated voltage and rated load. 4.strueture Features (1)The stator and rotor cores of this serial motor are piled up and pressed by means of laminations made of high grade plate steel and silicon sheet steel respectively hence suitable for energizing on siliconcontrolled rectfier system. (2)The inulation of the motor windings is of F class. subject to vacuum and pressure impregnating(VPI) treatment with solventless varnish .that gives insulation high moisture resistance., high mechanical strength and good heat conductance. (3)This serial motor has two types in structure' one with a shaft and two bearing pedestals. another without shaft and bearing pedestals but direct hanging over the shaft of the hoist. In the later case., the motor is said to be of overhanged type. and the methods of connection between nlotor and hoist are Three as follows. (a)using conical bushing for interferencefit connection. either assembled or disassembled by means of pressurized oil. (b)using clamp plates with fitted bolts connection. (c)using clamp plates with high-strength boll friction connection. (4)The armature slots of this serial motor are skewed in order to make the motor. smoothly operating within its speed range and to prevent effectively the motor from noisy operation (5)There are 4 resistance thermometers sptl00 embedded in the stator wihdings (both main pole and commutating pole windings having Two pcs each). (6)In the case of motor with shaft and bearing pedestals. the bearings are of slide type with compound lubrication and with electric contact type temperature device or platnum resistance type pt100.Temperature element.(oil supoly system and equipment for bearings are left for the user) . (7)In the case of overhanged type .the motor stator could be moved along axial direction so as to make the armature end protion fo be accessible for repairing. (8).The protection degree: IPOI or IP44 for motor. but IP01 for commutator as usual. the cooling method of motor is IC37.and the installation is IM5710 or IM7321.
