按照GB/T1.1—2009给出的规则起草。本标准代替GB24790—2009《电力变压器能效限定值及能效等级》和GB20052—2013《三相配电变压器能效限定值及能效等级》,与GB24790—2009、GB20052—2013相比,除编辑性修改外主要技术变化如下:———修改了标准的适用范围(见第1章,GB24790—2009的第1章,GB20052—2013的第1章);———删除了配电变压器节能评价值(见GB20052—2013的3.2、4.4);———删除了电力变压器节能评价值和目标能效限定值(见GB24790—2009的3.2、3.3、4.4、4.5);———提高了10kV配电变压器产品的空载损耗或负载损耗指标要求(见表1、表2,GB20052—2013的表1、表2);———提高了35kV、66kV、110kV、220kV电力变压器产品的空载损耗或负载损耗指标要求(见表3~表17,GB24790—2009的表1~表13);———增加了330kV电力变压器能效等级(见表18~表24);———增加了500kV电力变压器能效等级(见表25~表28);———增加了330kV电力变压器的能效限定值要求[见5.2f)];———增加了500kV电力变压器的能效限定值要求[见5.2g)];———增加了非晶合金配电变压器能效限定值(见表1、表2)。本标准由国家标准化管理委员会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:中国标准化研究院、特变电工衡阳变压器有限公司、特变电工股份有限公司、中国电力科学研究院有限公司、国网电力科学研究院、国网江苏省电力有限公司电力科学研究院、广东产品质量监督检验研究院、深圳供电规划设计院有限公司、特变电工沈阳变压器集团有限公司、海鸿电气有限公司、上海置信电气股份有限公司、卧龙电气集团北京华泰变压器有限公司、西安西电变压器有限 范围本标准规定了三相电力变压器的能效限定值、能效等级和试验方法。本标准适用于三相10kV电压等级、无励磁调压、额定容量30kVA~2500kVA的油浸式配电变压器和额定容量30kVA~2500kVA的干式配电变压器,额定频率为50Hz、电压等级为35kV~500kV、额定容量为3150kVA及以上的三相油浸式电力变压器。本标准不适用于充气式变压器、高阻抗变压器。2  规范 术语和定义GB/T1094.1、GB/T1094.11和GB/T2900.95界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。3.1变压器能效限定值 犿犻狀犻犿狌犿犪犾犾狅狑犪犫犾犲狏犪犾狌犲狊狅犳犲狀犲狉犵狔犲犳犳犻犮犻犲狀犮狔犳狅狉狆狅狑犲狉狋狉犪狀狊犳狅狉犿犲狉在规定测试条件下,变压器空载损耗和负载损耗的允许最高限值。4 能效等级电力变压器能效等级分为3级,其中1级能效最高,损耗最低。5 技术要求5.1 基本要求电力变压器技术参数和技术要求应符合GB/T1094.1、GB/T6451,油浸式非晶合金铁心变压器还应符合GB/T25446,立体卷铁心配电变压器还应符合GB/T25438。干式配电变压器其他技术参数和技术要求应符合GB/T1094.11、GB/T10228,干式非晶合金铁心变压器还应符合GB/T22072。1犌犅20052—20205.2 变压器能效限定值变压器能效限定值如下:a) 10kV配电变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表1和表2的规定;b) 35kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表3和表4的规定;c) 66kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表5和表6的规定;d) 110kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表7~表11的规定;e) 220kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表12~表17的规定;f) 330kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表18~表24的规定;g) 500kV电力变压器空载损耗和负载损耗限值均应不高于表25~表28的规定。6 试验方法电力变压器的空载损耗和负载损耗应按GB/T1094.1、GB/T1094.11中的试验方法进行测试。2犌犅20052—2020书书书表1
