适用范围：有固定式气体（CO2）灭火系统的船舶。Applicablescope:equippedthefixedgas(CO2)extinguishingsystemonboard.1.2. 保养负责人：三副。Maintenancesupervisor:3/O1.3. 保养周期：Maintenanceperiod:1.3.1. 每季度常规检查，三副与水手长共同检查，内容为站室钢瓶操纵装置、通风装置、通讯设备及声、光报警装置。Routineexamination,tobecarriedoutby3/Oandbosun,itemsareasfollowcylindercontroldevice,ventilatingdevice,communicationsequipmentandsoundandlightalarmdevice.1.3.2. 所有管路每2年用压力0.5Mpa空气作畅通试验；每4～5年进行试验压力至少为0.7Mpa气密试验；瓶头阀至分配阀箱的管段每8～10年进行压力为11.8Mpa的液压试验；管路液压试验后，应将流体排除干净。Allpipingtobecarriedouttheblowingofftestwith0.5Mpacompressedairevery2yearsinterval,airtightnesstesttobecarriedoutwith0.7Mpacompressedairevery4-5yearsinterval,hydraulictestofthepipebetweenthecylinderheadvalvesandthedistributingboxtobecarriedoutwith11.8Mpacompressedairevery4-5yearsinterval,pipinghydraulictest,theresiduesshouldbeexcludedcleanfluid.1.3.3. 大型（CO2）灭火站：Alarge(CO2)firestation:1.4.1.1. 灭火站应有明显的红色标志，门上加锁，钥匙三副保管，备用钥匙大副保管，应急钥匙在灭火站附近封闭的盒子内，盒子用玻璃盖，便于击碎取出钥匙，该钥匙盒应有明显大红色标志。Thereshouldbeobviousredsigninfirestation,andthedoorshouldbelocked,the3/Okeepsthekey,thechiefofficerkeepsthefalsekey,theemergencykeyisstoredintheclosedboxnearbythefirestation,andtheboxislidedbyglasstotakeoutthekeyeasily,thekeyboxshouldhaveobviousbigredmarks.1.4.1.2. 钢瓶：Cylinder:1.4.2.1. 钢瓶外观无锈、油漆完好。Appearanceofcylindershouldbenorustandpaintintact.1.4.2.2. 钢瓶水压试验在有效期内，证书有效。Keepthecertificatevalidandcylinderhydrostatictestwithintheperiodofvalidity.1.4.2.3. 钢瓶内灭火剂充装率不应大于0.67kg/l。Thecylinderchargingratiooffireextinguishingagentshouldnotbegreaterthan0.67kg/l.1.4.2.4. 瓶头阀铰刀无断折缺损，刀处于退足状态，刀头与镀层膜片距离3mm。Bottleheadvalvereamerwithoutbreakanddefects,knifeisfullyfolded,thereamerheadisapart3mmfromthecoatingdiaphragm.1.4.3.3. 瓶头阀手柄：各手柄上拉索固定孔与铰刀铀之间距离相等，与铰刀轴连接牢固，止动螺钉深入铰刀轴且上紧，各手柄与重垂成60°，转动范围不少于120°，各手柄平行。Bottleheadvalvehandle:thedistancebetweenguyfixingholeoneachhandlesandreamershaftisequal,andthefixingholeslinkfirmwiththereamershaft,stopscrewin-depthofthereamershaftistightened,eachhandlewithheavyhangdowninto60°,thetwirlscopeisnotlessthan120°,andeachhandleisparallel.1.4.3.4. 导向滑轮：底座牢固，无松动，转动灵活（注意加油）。Leadingpulley:baseisfirm,nolooseness,rotateeasily(noteoilit).1.4.3.6. 驱动气瓶：压力充足，阀头刀活络有效，驱动气缸内活塞密封良好、活络有效。Drivengascylinder:thepressureissufficient,headofvalveknifeactivateeffectively,innerpistonofdrivencylindersealsgoodandmoveseffectively.1.4.4. 管系：Pipesystem1.4.4.1. 总阀、分路阀、开关方向标志鲜明，阀开关活络。Signofmainvalve,shuntvalve,switchdirectionshouldbedistinct,valveswitchshouldbeflexible.1.4.4.2. 喷嘴应为黄铜制品，防变形、防堵塞、雾化片完好。Nozzleshouldbebrassproducts,preventdeformationandblocking,atomizationsliceisintact.1.4.4.3. 管道无严重锈蚀，红色油漆鲜明。若须修理，只可用螺纹连接不可焊接，或整根换新。Thereisnoseriouscorrosiononpiping,paintthepipewithbrightredpaint.Ifitneedtoberepaired,shouldonlybethreadedconnectionsorrenewed,unweldable.1.5. 手提式、推车式灭火器保养须知Portable,carttypeextinguishermaintenanceguidelines2.1. 保养周期：手提式灭火机（轻水泡沫）、推车式泡沫灭火器每三个月检查一次。修船后大风浪之后和重大节假日之前，以及发生火警之后均应进行一次保养。Maintenanceperiod:checktheportableextinguisher(light-waterfoam),carttypefoamfireextinguishereverythreemonths.Maintainitonceaftership-repair,stormywaves,fireandbeforemajorholidays.2.2. 保养标准：Maintenancestandard:2.2.1. 数量：满足船级社的规定要求。Quantity:meettheprescribedrequirementsofclassificationsociety.2.2.2. 灭火剂：Extinguishant:2.2.5.1. CO2灭火器的净重不低于原标准的90%，泡沫液在有效期内。NetweightofCO2fireextinguisherisnotlessthan90%oftheoriginalstandard,foamfluidshouldbewithinthevalidperiod.2.2.5.2. 有压力表者，压力表指针不得低于绿色区域。Forwhichequipmenthaspressuregauges,theindicatorshouldnotbelowerthanthegreenarea.2.2.5.3. 每只灭火器上的保养记录卡，记录该灭火器的历次检查日期，剂量及保养人。Maintenancerecordcardoneachfireextinguisher,recordthefireextinguisherallpreviouscheckdates,doseandmaintenancepersononit.2.3.2. 清点数量，核对编号及位置。Countquantity,checkthenumberandlocation.2.4.1.2. 统一检查贮存、外观、保养记录卡。Uniformlycheckstorage,appearanceandmaintenancerecordcard.2.4.1.3. 抽查灭火剂量（手提或称量，查看压力表等）。Selectivelyexaminefire-extinguishingdoses(portableorweighing,checkpressuregauge,etc.).2.4.2. 消防员装备平时应放在干燥、通风处，防止霉变、生锈，每一个月进行一次检查，确保清洁、光亮完好。Fireman’soutfitsusuallymustbekeptindryandventilatedplace,preventmildew,rust,checkiteachmonthtoensureitclean,smooth.3.1.2. 调换有充足空气的钢瓶；Exchangethecylinderwhichhassufficientair;3.2.3. 空气呼吸器不准受压、阳光曝晒和毒气侵蚀；Breathingapparatusshouldnotbapressed,sunlightinsolatedanderodedbypoisongas;3.2.4. 每套呼吸器应配有备用空气瓶一只（特殊船舶按特殊规定配备）；Eachbreathingapparatusshouldbeequippedwithasparebottle(equipthespecialshipaccordingtothespecialprovisions);3.2.5. 每月应变演习时检查一次：Checkitonetimewhencarryingoutmonthlyemergencyarrangementdrills3.2.5.1. 空气瓶压力应符合要求、有否备用空气瓶；Airbottlespressureshouldcomplywiththerequirements,andthereisanyspareairbottlesornot;3.2.5.2. 呼吸器整洁、呼吸器气密和畅通情况、所有属具完好情况Breathingapparatusiscleanandunblockedornot,allappurtenancesareintactornot.4. 救生艇、筏保养须知Thelifeboat,raftmaintenanceguidelines4.1. 检查维护标准Inspectionandmaintenancestandards4.1.1. 救生艇须处于随时可用状态。平时应注意认真检查和养护。除经常性外观检查外，还应：Thelifeboatsmustbepracticable.Usuallyweshouldpayattentiontotheinspectionandmaintenance.Besidesregularoutsideinspection,stillshould:4.1.1.1. 吊艇架限位器应有效和可靠，以防吊艇索受到过度的应力。Boatdavitlimitswitchesshouldbeeffectiveandreliable,toagainstthewireropeoverload.4.1.1.15. 艇甲板应保持整洁，禁止乱堆其他物品。Boatdeckshouldbeneatandclean,prohibitstackingsundries.4.1.1.16. 救生筏的维护检修Repairandmaintenanceofliferaft4.1.3.1. 经常进行外观检查，特别注意静水压力释放器是否处于正常状态；系筏绳索是否系牢，有无损坏；索具螺旋扣是否旋紧，首缆及薄弱环是否系牢，降落设备是否正常可用。Regularcarryoutclose-upinspection,speciallypayattentiontowhetherthehydrostaticreleaseunitisinnormalcondition;whethertheraftropesarefastenedordamaged;whethertheriggingturnbuckleistighten,headlineandweakringhasbeenfastenedornot,launchingapplianceisnormalavailableornot.4.1.3.2. 注意气胀筏容器水密状况，防止海水、雨水打进并积在容器里，使筏体霉烂、属具损坏。Payattentiontoinflatableliferaftcontainerwatertightcondition,topreventseawaterandrainwatergetinto,accumulateinthecontainerandmaketheraftandtheattachmentsmildewandrot.4.1.3.3. 使用气胀筏时，乘员只能穿软底鞋。使用刀子、鱼钩、开罐头器等要特别小心，不能割坏浮胎或篷柱，以免漏气。Whenusetheinflatableliferaft,thecrewcanonlywearsoftshoes.Beespeciallycarefultouseknives,hooks,canopener,etc.topreventairleakagebycutingthefloattireorawningspillar.4.1.3.4. 应急消防泵及消防泵保养须知Emergencyfirepumpandfirepumpmaintenanceinstructions5.1. 始终处于立即可用状态，5分以内可起动，每周效用试验并记录。Alwaysimmediatelypracticable,canbestartedwithin5minutes,anddofunctiontesteveryweekandrecord.5.2. 效用试验时，在最高位置的消防栓上应能维护两股射程不少于12米的水柱或消防栓处的压力达0.28MPa。Whendoingfunctiontest,bothoffirehydrantsatthehighestshouldbeabletomaintaintwoshareswatercolumnsnotlessthan12morthepressureupto0.28Mpaatpositionofthehydrants.6. 应急供电设备保养须知Emergencypowersupplyequipmentandmaintenanceinstructions6.1. 应急发电机柴油机组：EmergencyGeneratorSet:6.1.1. 始终处于立即可用状态，每周效用试验并记录。Alwaysimmediatelypracticable,anddofunctiontesteveryweekandrecord.6.1.2. 每周起动试验并记录，及时补充燃油和机油并泄放燃油柜的凝结水。Startingtestandrecordeveryweek,refillfueloilandLO,draintheresidualwaterintheoiltankintime.6.1.3. 保证低温起动性能。（在零度时应有冷机起动能力。）Toensurelow-temperaturestartingperformance.(Itshouldhavestartingcapabilityatzero.)6.1.4. 30分钟内能够连续起动三次。Itcanstartthreetimesconsecutivelywithin30minutes.6.1.5. 人工起动功能正常。Handstartingfunctionnormally.6.1.6. 航行灯、信号灯、船内通讯设备、探火和火灾报警系统、所有应急状态下需要的舱内信号设备和消防泵、白昼信号灯、船舶号笛、手动失火按钮Navigationlights,signallights,shipcommunicationequipment,firedetectionandfirealarmsystem,allrequiredunderemergencysituationscabinsignalequipmentandfirepumps,daytimesignallights,shipswhistle,manualfirebutton6.1.7.2.
