The difference in temperature of flow front is 12.5℃. The distribution of the flow front
temperature is uniform on most of the part, while there were local temperature drops at the small
features, The minimum temperature of the part was 198.1℃. It isn’t in the range of the melt
temperature, which is from 200~280 ℃. Increasing the melt temperature can solve the problem.

The shear rate is uniform on the part ,while the shear rate of the gate locationThe shear rate is uniform on the part ,while the shear rate of the gate location
does exceed the limited value 24000 1/s, which recommended in the material
database of moldflow. The maximum shear rate is 788300 1/s at the gate
location.
Increasing the gate size or change the injection process could decreased the
h tshear rate.

The picture shows the distribution of the shear stress at wall when fulfilled. The maximum
value is 0.7150 MPa. The maximum shear stress is 0.26MPa which recommended in the
material database of moldflow. The maximum shear stress position is located in gate.
Because the gate will be cut down, so the shear stress of product is not exceed the g
permitted range.
