That引导一句话并不作意义:

※It引导的形式主语:
it is + adj +(for sb.) + clause/ it is +n + clause / it is + Ved+ clause
1 It is obvious to the students that they (should) get on well with others.
在It is necessary/important/surprising/strange/unbelievable/obvious等+that中,从句用should+动词原形且should可以省略。
2 It is our hope that all the countries will develop rapidly in peace.
It is announced that the plan has been successfully carried out.
在It is suggested/advised/requested/insisted/required/demanded等+that中,从句用should+动词原形且should可以省略。
3 It +特殊动词+从句。
It seems that/ occurred to me that/ happened that/appeared that…
※Whether/if 引导的主语从句
It is still a problem whether the old station should be replaced with a modern hotel or not.
Whether it is a good solution depends on how you look at it.
It is not important whether they have enough experience.
※Wh引导的主语从句
连接代词:who whom whose what whatever whoever whomever whichever
What they are going to do should be decided by themselves.
连接副词:when where how why whenever wherever however
