空调系统改造 合同 劳动合同范本免费下载装修合同范本免费下载租赁合同免费下载房屋买卖合同下载劳务合同范本下载 合同编号: 八期制冷系统改造工程合同 发包方: (以下简称甲方) 承包方: (以下简称乙方) 根据《中华人民共和国合同法》有关规定，为明确双方在施工过程中的权利、义务和经济责任，经双方协商同意签订本合同。 一、工程项目 1、工程名称: 制冷系统改造工程 2、工程地点: 有限公司厂区内 3、 工程造价 工程造价外文文献工程造价三级复核钢结构工程造价指标建设工程造价管理讲义黄色壁纸中文 :人民币 万元(大写: 元) 4、承包方式:包工包料(设备及材料均由乙方采购)。 5、承包内容、范围及要求:六台空调机组;冷冻水管、闸阀、过滤器;风道;水箱等招投标文件内容。 A、组合式空调机组安装:组合式空调机组生产厂家为深圳市麦克维尔空调有限公司。规格型号及性能参数按照设计要求。其中除灰、除尘配电室2台，单位冷量250W, 房间总冷量125KW，风量18000(m3/h)，机组冷量129.8 KW，落地式机组。21、22号变频器配电室2台，单位冷量617.2W, 房间总冷量170KW，风量18000(m3/h)，机组冷量180KW，落地式机组。23、24号变频器配电室2台，单位冷量617.2W, 房间总冷量170KW，风量18000(m3/h)，机组冷量180KW，落地式机组。 B、辅材及冷冻水管安装:包括冷冻水管、各种阀门、过滤器、橡胶软接头、温度计、压力表、配电箱、电缆线、管道支架、管道保温等。 C、风道安装:包括有机玻璃钢通风管道、双层百叶风口、手动调节阀、防火手动调节阀等。 D、水箱及配套设备部分:包括排污潜水泵(排污泵生产厂家上海东方泵业(集团)有限公司，电机生产厂家为上海东方威尔电机有限公司，叶轮的材质为HT250)、截止阀、止回阀、过滤器、橡胶软接头、压力表、温度计、玻璃钢水箱(壁厚:底板20mm，侧1:20mm，侧2:16mm，侧3:12mm，侧4:10mm，顶5mm)、冷却水管、电缆线、配电箱、水箱加热装置等。 E、土建部分:包括新建制冷机房、设备基础制作安装等。 mass line of the party construction of education system, improve scientific and systematization and standardization level of the party building. Continue to deepen the reform of the cadre and personnel system, always adhere to correct direction of personnel, implement regulations on cadre selection 二、施工准备 (一)甲方 1.负责工程周围的疏通工作，协调乙方与甲方各部门之间的关系，保证 工程施工 建筑工程施工承包1园林工程施工准备消防工程安全技术交底水电安装文明施工建筑工程施工成本控制 顺利进行。 2.协助乙方办理工程开工及厂内施工所需各种手续。 3.为协调工作，甲方指定 为工地代表，进行技术及安全施工监督，由物业公司及施工所在部门派安全监护人。 (二)乙方: 1.编制施工方案;施工组织设计;施工安全技术措施;施工总进度 计划 项目进度计划表范例计划下载计划下载计划下载课程教学计划下载 送发包方。 2.乙方委派 为现场施工负责人。 3.遵守甲方安全管理规定，与甲方签订安全协议后方可开工。 三、工程期限及要求 工程工期为45天。签订安全协议第二日为开工日期。乙方要严格按照工期要求完工，未按期完工，延期一天，扣除0.3%的工程款。如因甲方原因，不能按期完工，须经甲方认可，工期顺延。 四、工程安全和质量管理 1、施工过程中必须保证建筑物的安全。 2、施工中发生的由乙方责任造成的不安全情况和一切事故由乙方负责。 3、乙方必须遵守甲方的有关规定，与各部门配合好，服从甲方有关人员的指挥。施工区域要有警示标志、以保证安全。 4、乙方应严格按照有关施工规范进行施工，不得随意更改设计及施工方案的内容，如需变更应征得甲方同意。 5、竣工后乙方应将其所有的设备、多余材料、施工垃圾及时清理、移走，并使现场保持清洁。 6、乙方应在施工前向甲方提供主材的质量证明材料，主材样品，经甲方认可后，方可使用。 五、工程价款确定及支付 1、工程质量验收合格(签证)、工期满足合同要求，按合同价结算。未能达到合同要求，按有关规定扣罚。 ionselecthe reform of the cadre and personnel system, always adhere to correct direction of personnel, implement regulations on cadre eadership and party building, enhancing the rallying power and combat capability of the leadership team.
