5.1 General 总则
5.1.1All fire tight and watertight penetrations shall be made using deck/bulkhead penetrations glands or
SO17020 SBM CALM BUOY
multi-cable transits. The location of cable penetrations through bulkheads shall be indicated on
drawings.
所有防火和防水电缆贯通件应使用气密贯穿件或是类似类
型。电缆贯通件的位置应在图纸上标出。
5.1.2Where penetrations are cut on the structure bracket, it should be reinforced. All cable penetrations
should be double continuous welded except for the cable frame in dry space where there is no fire-proof
or water-proof requirement.
结构基座上有穿舱件的地方需要加强，所有的电缆穿舱件
需要双面满焊，除非电缆框在没有防火或防水需
要的干燥区域。
5.1.3The cable penetration on fire-tight, watertight or gas-tight deck and bulkhead is to be made with class
approved stuffing tubes, transit devices, or pourable materials, which will maintain the original integrity of
deck and bulkhead.
在火密，水密或气密甲板和舱壁的穿舱件，须由船级社认
可、或可浇铸材料制成，以便保持甲板或舱壁的
完整性。
5.1.4The stuffing tubes, transit devices, or a pourable material for cable penetration is to be of a character so
as not to damage the cable.
填料函，穿舱装置，或可浇铸材料共同的特性是不能损害
电缆。
5.1.5Cables are not to pass through the collision bulkhead.
电缆不能穿过防撞舱壁。
5.1.6The length of the cable transit frame is to be at least 60mm, and all burrs and sharp edge are to be
removed in way of the holes where cables pass through deck beams or similar structure parts.
电缆穿舱件的长度至少60mm, 并且电缆穿过甲板或类似
结构时开孔边缘必须去毛刺和锐角。
5.1.7Penetrations in roofs above electrical equipment shall be kept packed or sealed to protect the equipment
from water.
甲板贯通件位于电气设备的上部时，贯通件要封堵或密封
以防止设备进水。
5.1.8All transits shall be individually and uniquely numbered. The fixing of labels to the racking shall make
identification of the transit adjacent to the penetration.
所有穿舱件都必须有独立的和唯一的编号。穿舱件应有易
于识别的固定标签。
5.1.9Where single core cables forming a three-phase circuit pass through a transit, they shall be contained in
one transit frame. Any stay plate in the transit causing separating of the single core cables shall be of a
non-magnetic material.
当单芯电缆构成的三相电路穿过同一个穿舱件时，它们将
包含在同一电缆框中。任何穿舱件中单芯电缆之
间的垫板都须为非磁性材料。
5.1.10 Spare capacity (30%)shall be provided for cables
in each transit.
每个穿舱件中都必须留有备用空间(30%)。
5.1.11 When sealing the penetrations, vendor’s instruction should be abided.
封堵穿舱件时，必须遵守厂家的指导说明。
