人教新课标必修1高一英语unit1 friendship说课稿 A lecture interpretation Good morning, everyone. I’m happy to be with you today to share my teaching ideas and designs. The lesson plan I am going to talk about is from the reading part of unit1. My whole content is divided into 7parts. They are: analysis of teaching material; analysis of students; teaching objectives; key and difficult points; teaching methods and aids; teaching procedures and blackboard design. Now I will introduce one by one. 1. Analysis of the teaching material. This lesson is from the reading part of unit 1, New Senior English for china, students’ book1. The topic of this unit is about friendship. This is a fundamental unit of the whole book. By studying it,we’ll know more about friendship. The reading material is about Anne’s best friendship, which is an interesting topic and can easily be accepted by students. The reading part is one of the important parts of the whole unit. 2. Analysis of the students This is the first year for students in high school. They have been learning English for several years, so they have gained some basic knowledge about English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Besides, students’ existing life experience will be of great help for the study of this topic. On the other hand, students in senior1 have certain self-learning ability, thinking ability, and practical ability. But sometimes they lack self-control awareness and may not be confident with themselves. So they need teachers’ guidance and encouragement. 3. Teaching objectives According to the teaching material and in order to fulfill the learning task of this lesson, I establish the following objectives. 1) knowledge objectives By the end of the lesson, students will have a better understanding of the meaning and the structure of the text. Then students will grasp some useful words, phrases and expressions, such as go through, set down, series 2)ability objectives In English, the four skills ---listening, speaking, reading and writing are integrated with each other. So in this lesson, students are expected to improve the four skills together. 3) Moral objectives From learning the text, my students will know more about (xxx). Then the humanistic quality of students will be enhanced. 4. key and difficult points According to the national curriculum of English and language learning theory, the key points are how to make students grasp the new words and phrases and how to improve their reading skills.According to students’ English level and because this is a new teaching course, students may have difficult in learning those new words and phrases. 4. Teaching methods and aids Based on the new English curriculum standard, students should be the real masters in language study. So in my class, I adopt task-bases language teaching and communicative approach. As for students, they are expected to study in individual, in pairs and in group. During the class, I’ll use chalks, blackboard and multi-media as my teaching aids. 5. teaching procedures It includes 4 steps Step1 Lead-in In this step, I have one task. After greeting the whole class as usual at the beginning of the class, I’ll ask one student to come to the front to give a short speech about friendship, which we have learned last period. Step 1 takes about 5 minutes. Purposes: to review what they have learned in last class and attract students’ attention to the class. Step2 while-task While-task is the main part and it will take about 30 minutes. I design 3 tasks. Task1 listening for general idea I will let students listen to the tape twice and try to find the topic sentence of each paragraph. This will help the students get a general idea of the whole text and improve their ability of summarizing information. Task2 careful reading for detailed information I will let students read the whole passage again by heart individually and use those information to fill the blanks and answer some questions about the topic. At the same time, I will ask students write down the new words and phrases. My purposes of doing so are to help students have a better understanding of the topic and pay more attention on the key and difficult points. Task3 using English to explain new words and phrases Two students a group to discuss how to explain the meaning of those new words and phrase in English, then invite some students to do some practice. My purpose of this step is to help students memorize and consolidate those new words and phrases. Step3 post-task retelling As we know, the ultimate goal of learning language is to use language. So in this step, I will help students apply what they have learned into practice. I will write some key words and phrases about the passage on the blackboard. Then I will divide students into several groups to discuss how to organize those words to retell the passage, and then invite some students to present their passage. It takes about 8 minutes. My purposes of this step are to improve students’ ability of using language and their communicative skills. Step4 homework 1) Look for more information about Anne on the internet. 2) Write a composition about How to Be a Good Friend 6. blackboard design On the top, it is the title of the lesson. Then I divide the blackboard into 3 parts. On the left, it lists some new words and expressions. For the middle part I will draw a table for the outline of the passage and the right part is for free use. That’s all for my presentation. Thank you for your attention.
