Dear the Dean of Master Studies,
I am writing to you for applying a student dormitory. My name is Min Wang, a new Chinese student from International Law class. I am now living in an apartment which is far away from our university and it has been the one with the most favourable rent in town. As my financial situation doesn’t allow me to afford an apartment in our university neighorhood, in order to save my time and expense on traffic, I would like to apply for a room in our student residence hall.
