一、甲方四川省南充高级中学聘请乙方_________________(译名)先生为我校英语教师.
二、合同期自年9 月1日起至年8 月10 日。
三、乙方的工作任务:
1、上高中或初中英语听说课,每周24节(每节课40分钟,星期一至星期五),每节课应有备课的教案。
2、遵守甲方学校的规定和外事办公室的管理,未经甲方的外事办公室批准,乙方不得到其他学校和单位兼职或授课。
四、乙方的待遇:
1、月薪为人民币6000元,工资按每月发放一次(每月30号)。在学期上课期间如遇节、假日学校放假,不扣工资;在寒假期间,工资照领;暑假课结束后,不再领取工资。如请病假、事假按每缺一节扣60元;每节超课时补贴70元,如假期(包括寒暑假)上课,按每节90元计算工资。
2、甲方学校每年提供2200元旅游费(每个假期发给一半)。
3、学校提供一套住房和相应的房内基本生活设施(合同期满,离开学校时,归还学校)。
4、每月补贴电话费、水费、电费300元。
5、每年补贴乙方机票费8000元(合同期满时发放)。
6、学校为乙方购买医疗保险和人身意外保险,并且所购险种确能覆盖在华工作期间所发生的大病和住院医疗。来华工作期限不足一学期的应在来华工作前自行购买中国境外医疗保险。乙方医疗保险如在起付点以下,甲方全额报销;如超出最高支付限额,则甲方报销超出部分的三分之一
7、圣诞节、感恩节各放假两天。
8、如果乙方工作完成较好,学校在春节发共乙方1000元。
本合同于年月日在四川省南充高级中学(地点)签订,一式两份,每份都用中文和英文写成,两种文本同等作准。

Ⅲ.The duties of part B
1.Conducting junior or senior and listening lessons. Teaching 24 classes(maximum) (each class for 40 minutes) in a week (5days ) with written teaching plan of each different lesson.
2.Obeying the rules and arrangement of our school and foreign offic e.Part B can’t do part-time jobs for other schools or units without the permission of foreign affair office in our school.
Ⅳ.The treatment of part B
1.Part B’s monthly salary will be 6000Yuan RMB.Salary is paid once a month(at the end of each month,30th day).If part B asks for leave for illness or private business,part A will deduct 60Yuan for each absent class. Part B will get 90Yuan for each class in the summer or winter vacation.
If Part B shares free days for national fesivals during workdays, part B will get the same salary.Part B will be paid 70 yuan RMB for each extra lesson.During winter vocation,Part B will get regular salary ;during summer vacation,when the school is over,part B will not get salary.
2.Part B will be provided 2200Yuan for a travel stipend in a year.
3. Part B will be provided a set of apartment with a sitting room ,two bedrooms,a separate restoom, bathroom and a separate kitchen. Part B will be provided some living equipment such as a color TV set, a fridge, a computer,furniture, coolers etc.Part B will get all the things back to part A after the contract expires.
4.Part B will be provided 300Yuan each month for telephone, water and electricity.
5.Part B will be provided 8000Yuan allowance for air ticket after a year’s work(in the summer vacation).
6. Part A will buy medical insurance for part B.
7. Part B will be given 2days holiday for Christmas Day and 2 days holiday for Thanks Giving Day.
8. Part B will be provided 1000 yuan at the spring ferlival if the job is well accomplished.
The contract is signed at Nanchong High Shool of Sichuan Province ,in duplicate, on ______________,in both Chinese and English,both texts seeing equally authentic.
