Contract Termination Agreement
This is a contract termination agreement between __________________________(Supplier) and ______________________(Buyer).
Supplier should have delivered product by July 8th, 2017th as per Contract Number SH20170603, but as delivery was not made, both parties have agreed to terminate the contract effective December 21th 2017.
As per the agreement, the Supplier shall refund the full amount of USD ($) 40,014.50 in three installments before the following dates into the Buyer’s bank account:
兹有__________________ （卖家）与__________________公司（买家）签订的一份合同，合同编号：SH20170603，货物总值40014.50美元，原定于2017年7月8日交货，由于未能按时发货，经双方协商同意于2017年12月20日取消此次合同订单。
协议中，卖家须分三期将货款全额40014.5美元退还给买家，退款及买家账号信息期限如下：
l December 30th 2017 in the amount of $13,338.16.
2017年12月30日退款13338.16美元
l December 31st 2017 in the amount of $13,338.17.
2017年12月31日退款13338.17美元
l January 31st 2018 in the amount of $13,338.17.
2018年1月31日退款13338.17美元
Payment should be made in the form of a wire transfer from the Supplier’s bank account into the Buyer’s bank account. The date of payment will be acknowledged as the day it arrives and is available for the Buyer to use in their account.
退款应从卖家公司账户退到买家公司账户，上述日期应为退款到账日期，以便买家资金流动。

In the event that payment is not received by the above dates, the Buyer reserves the right to pursue legal action, and the option of nullifying this agreement.
在上述日期未及时收到退款，买家有权采取法律行动，届时本协议所有条款全部作废。
