目 录 前言······························································2 CAD实习的意义·················································2 实习时间·······················································2 实习地点·······················································2 实习任务·······················································2 习题一····························································2 习题目的·······················································2 步骤···························································2 结果···························································4 习题二····························································4 习题目的·······················································4 步骤···························································4 结果···························································6 习题三····························································6 习题目的·······················································6 步骤···························································6 结果···························································7 习题四····························································8 习题目的·······················································8 步骤···························································8 结果···························································10 习题五····························································10 习题目的·······················································10 步骤···························································10 结果···························································12 前言 一、CAD实习的意义 学习并掌握CAD的应用,会用CAD绘制简单图形。 二、实习时间 2011年9月 三、实习地点 资源学院教学实验区 四、实习任务 制作图形、写实验报告。 习题一 习题目的: 角度旋转画图 步骤: 本题就应先从水平线和18度、36度两条斜线入手 1、 先画水平线,然后以夹角为18 度画斜线AD=98,以夹角36 度画斜线AO长于AD。 2、 从D点向左画水平直线交AO于O点,从D点向下画垂直线,与斜线AO相交。 3、 做垂直线OB,因圆心在AD上,所以圆直径为98. 4、 连接AB、BD,作BD的垂线,从D点向下垂直线与AO交点,向左画水平线,交于C点。 5、 连接OC,复制旋转OC,-15度。 6、 以O为圆心AO为半径画圆,过A向下做垂线交圆与E,连接CE,并以其为直径画圆,连接所需直线。 7、 修剪并标注图形,填充所需区域。 结果: 习题二 习题目的: 图形偏移、画弧 步骤: 1、 画30:40:50的三角形,在三角形内画1:2的互垂线。 2、 对三角形的三条边进行偏移,保留偏移后的三角形,删除原三角形并修剪图形 3、 全选图形进行“缩放”,以底边为参照,行长度为50 4、 以“tan→2a”、“长度为40的斜边中点”、“per→长度为40斜边上点”三点画弧A,然后进行修剪 5、 以“a与2a交点”、“2a与底边交点”、“ per→长度为40斜边上点” 三点画弧B,然后进行修剪 6、 以“2a与底边交点”、 “ E→长度为40斜边中点”、“方向(D)→起点切向为0”的三点画弧C,然后进行修剪 7、 填充阴影部分,对图形进行标注 结果: 习题三 习题目的: 复制旋转、基本图形。 步骤: 1、 画中心垂线,然后画25x15的矩形,对称在中心垂线上,矩形正中下方画一条50的垂线段,矩形上方画一条45的水平线段,对称在中心垂线上,并上移8,并将两端与矩形两角连接。 2、 画20x35的矩形,对称在中心垂线上,上边距原矩形68,下部两角作半径为10的圆,上矩形上面两角各与45水平线的两端画半径为56的圆弧。 3、 对画好的图形进行复制旋转,旋转角度分别为76、170、239、295。 4、 如图,连接矩形角点,标注并保存。 结果: 习题四 习题目的: 辅助图形、基本图形、阵列。 步骤: 1、 作十字尺寸线和半径85、半径120的辅助圆。 2、 在半径120的辅助圆上四分点往下做距离24的点。 3、 从中心作半径为28的圆,并以其上的下四分点向上画长为63的垂线,并将垂线各向两边偏移7.5,连接顶部,修剪图形。 4、 从大辅助圆上四分点处向下画半径为12的圆(2P)。 5、 过半径为12的圆和半径为85的辅助圆上的切点画半径为8的圆(TTR)。 6、 以半径28的圆圆心为阵列中心点、n=12,作R12、R8的环形阵列。 7、 如图,以R12、R8为切点作半径50的圆(TTR),修剪为如图圆弧,以半径28的圆圆心为阵列中心点、n=12,作R50的环形阵列。 8、 修剪图形,做好标注。 结果: 习题五 习题目的: 练习画圆 步骤: 1、 如图,画好尺寸线并在下部画圆。 2、 上部直径55处两端向下画垂直线。 3、 从R42.5圆心处画50度斜线,命令:@180<130,并向两边各偏移32.5。 4、 用TTR画R28,R42.5向外偏移15,R110向内偏移10,并用TTR画其余三个圆,修剪图形。 5、 用TTR画R95与50度斜线、R42.5相切,用TTR画R12与尺寸线40上线、R95相切,用TTR画R95与R12、R110相切。 6、 修剪多余部分。 7、 标注图形。 结果: PAGE 2
