dtothedrumsurface.Optimummagnetpositionwillbefoundtovarydependingontheparticularoperationinvolved.Generally，bestresultswillbefoundwiththemagnetsetsothatthecentrelineofthedischargepoleisslightlyabovetheconcentratelip.(SeeMagnetAdjustmentSection4.1andFig.4)转筒与槽体位置在出厂前已拟定。然而磁系位置因考虑到运送因素而锁定在六点钟位置，在运营前应按照第四章节中所描述进行调节。注意：在操作或调节设备前，出于安全考虑，要认真检查由于在运送途中震动等因素导致固定件松动或错位。磁系位置由一种刻印在轴端上箭头表达，也可以通过一种铁钉或其她小铁质物件沿转筒表面非常容易地感觉到。总来说，磁系最适当位置应当是排精矿端磁极中心线略高于精矿排出堰。（见4.1某些和图4）3.3.2槽体和机架调节TANKANDFRAMEADJUSTMENT:Thetankandframeassemblyshouldbecheckedacrossthewidthandlengthtomakesureitislevel.Ifnot，shimsshouldbeplacedbetweentheframepadsandsupportingfoundation.Donotforcetheframetomatchthenon-levelfoundation.检查槽体和支架在整个宽度和长度方向上与否水平。如不水平，要用垫片等办法保证槽体和支架水平，不要让机架受力来适应不水平基本。4.操作OPERATION:ThemagneticelementispermanentlymagneticandincorporateshighlyorientedErium25(CeramicIIIV)magnetmaterial.Itrequiresnoexternalpowersource.A.C.powerrequirementsforthedrivemotorarestipulatedonthenameplatefixedtothemotorhousing.这种磁选机磁系是永磁磁系，由各向异性Erium25磁性材料按一定方向组合在一体，它运营时不需要外部电源。电机所需交流电源要按照电机铭牌上规定供应。4.1磁偏角调节MAGNETADJUSTMENT:Forinitialoperationorafterreplacementofpartsinthedrumandhub，themagnetpositionshouldbechecked.Ifadjustmentofthemagnetisrequired，thefollowingprocedureshouldbefollowed.Loosenbothshaftclamps.Ontheendoftheshaftoppositethedrivemotor，aholeisprovidedforadjustmentofthemagnetwiththeuseofa1¼”(32mm)diameterbar.Thestampedarrowlocatedontopoftheshaftindicatestheapproximatepositionofthemagneticarea.Usingthisasaguide，slideasmallironnutacrossthedrumsurfaceuntilitisattractedandheldtothecentreofdischargepole.Oncethisisdone，adjustthepositionofthemagnetuntiltheironnutisapproximately2"(50mm)abovethedischargelip.Makingsurethemagnetisheldinplace，tightentheshaftclamps.(SeeFig.4)Somemodelsinstalledwiththeadjustmentarm，regulatingtheuseofmagneticdeclinationadjustmentarmofthestepsare：toensurethattheregulatorarmcouplewiththerolleraxiscloselywithnorelativelymovinginoperationbeforeregulation.RolleraxisiscircumrotatedbyrotatingthenutofUUturnbucklewithconnectarminregulating.Regulatorarmcandrivethedrumclockwiseorcounterclockwisetomicro-adjustingofmagneticdeclination.StopturningthenutofUUturnbuckleuntilthelastmagneticpolearrivesatrightposition(centralaxisishigherthanconcentratedischargeportwith50mm).Themagnetsettingasdescribedaboveshouldresultinasatisfactorypointofdischarge；however，slightadjustmentupordowncanbemadefromthenormalpositiontoobtainoptimumresults.在新设备开始运转前,或在维修后重新安装磁筒后，要对磁极位置（即磁偏角）进行调节。请按照如下环节进行磁极位置调节。磁极位置调节环节：1.先把中轴两端松开。在没有电机一端中轴上有始终径为32mm调节孔，可用撬棍来调节磁极位置。2.用刻在中轴一端箭头拟定磁极大体位置。从磁精矿出口一边沿磁筒表面滑下一种小铁钉，这个铁钉会被吸附在最后一种磁极（即精矿排出端磁极）中心线处。3.找到最后一种磁极中心线处后，调节（转动）磁极使该铁钉大概高出精矿出料口唇口（即磁精矿排料堰）高度50毫米。锁定这一位置，重新拧紧中轴两端紧固螺栓。（见图4）FIG.4StetchmapofMagnetposition图4磁偏角调节示意图有型号安装有调节臂（如右图），使用调节臂调节磁偏角环节是：调节之前保证调节臂和滚筒轴紧密联结在一起，保证在操作时两者无相对转动。调节时候先把中轴两端松开，转动UU型螺旋扣上螺母，通过连接臂，带动滚筒轴旋转；调节臂可带动滚筒进行顺时针、逆时针两个方向转动，从而实现对磁偏角微调；待最后一种磁极达到适当位置（即磁极中心线大概高出精矿出料唇口高度50毫米）停止转动螺旋扣上螺母，拧紧中轴两端紧固螺栓。这样调节后磁选机应当能产生满意磁选效果。为了得到更优化成果，可将磁极在该位置上或下做更细小调节。4.2给料和选别区调节FEEDANDSQUEEZE-PANADJUSTMENT:Theclearancesbetweenfeedpan，squeezepananddrumisinitiallyfactorysetat50mm，(SeeFig.4)100mmdiameterinspectioncouplingsateitherendofthetankareprovidedforobservation.Thisclearancemaybeadjustedupordownbymeansoftheshaftclampfootmountingbolts(SeeFig.5below).Thegapsshouldbesetonsitetoproducetherequiredconcentratespecificgravity.ReducingthisclearancewillproduceadrierconcentrateandhigherS.G.，butcautionshouldbeobservedinchangingthisclearance，sincetoocloseasettingwillresultinalossofmagneticsintothetailingsflow.Thesqueezepananddrumclearancemaybealteredbyadjustingthelateralsetscrews(SeeFig.5below).Ifthissettingisaltered，caremustbetakentoretensionthedrivechainbeforetheunitisoperatedagain.工厂在设备出厂前，已预先将选别区（即转筒与槽体水平间隙）调节为50mm，这个间隙可通过槽体两端直径100mm清洗孔盖进行测量观测，间隙调节是通过松动轴承座紧固螺栓，加减垫片来上下调节转筒来实现（见图5）。选别区间隙是用来富集、浓缩磁精矿，以提高回收磁精矿比重。减小转筒与槽体水平间隙（入料端）有助于得到较高浓度和较高品位磁精矿，但是请注意过度地减少水平间隙有也许使某些磁精矿流失。在调节过水平间隙后，注意调节好电机驱动链条。FIG.54.3磁选液位和溢流面调节WATERLEVELANDOVERFLOWADJUSTMENT:Itisveryimportantinthistypeofmagneticseparatortomaintainpropersubmergencelevel.Overflowvolumeshouldbeapproximately25%ofthetotaltailingsflow.Thesubmergenceleveliscontrolledbythevolumeofthefeed，thepre-sizedorificesinthetailingsoutletsandtheadjustableoverflowweir.Theexternalweirisequippedwithasetofremovableweirbarstocontroltheoverflowandsubmergencelevel.Properwaterlevelmustbemaintainedtoobtainmaximumefficiency..调节溢流量大小以保持恰当液面高度对磁选机是非常重要。普通地说，溢流量应当占总给料量25%。液面高度是由给入矿浆量和预先放置尾流调节板开孔大小所决定，维持一种恰当稳定液面可获得高磁选效率。4.4刮板调节RUBBERWIPERADJUSTMENT：Rubberwipergivesahelpingtoconcentratedischarge(especiallycomparativelythickfeed).Adjusttherubberwiperunderthedifferenceoffeedquality.Ifitdischargessmoothlybyitself，rubberwipercanbefree.Separatorrubberwiperadjustment：adjustfixedscrewsatbothendsoftherubberwiperuntiltherubberwiperreachanappropriateanglethatrubberwiperjustputupthedrumshall，andthenfixthemappropriately.frictionbetweenmagneticmineralsandthedrumshellwillbesoincreasedthatreducethelifeofthedrumshellifitistootiny磁选机刮板调节：刮板起到了强化精矿卸料作用（特别是来料比较粘稠状况下）。依照来料性质不同可以恰当调节刮板，如果自卸料状况较好可以不需要用刮板。刮板调节办法是：松开刮板两端固定螺丝，将刮板转动调节到适当角度与磁筒表面接触，然后拧紧固定刮板两端固定螺丝（刮板适当角度指是刮板刚好能虚搭在外筒皮上）。刮板过紧会加大磁性物对外筒皮摩擦，减少外筒皮寿命。4.5槽体型式TANKSTYLE:逆流型COUNTERROTATION:1.Additionalarcformagnets.宽角磁极2.Submergencelevel.液位水平3.Overflow.溢流4.Weirbarstocontroloverflow.溢流堰5.Overflowproducttotailings(approximately25%-50%).溢流产率（大概25%-50%）6.Underflowproducttotailings(approximately50%-75%)尾流产率（大概50%-75%）7.Magneticconcentrates.排精矿堰8.Highefficiencymagneticdesign.高效率磁极设计9.Feed.给料FIG.6Thisseparatorisusedwheremagneticmateriallossesaretobeheldtoaminimumandwhenahighmagneticsolidsloadingisencountered.Feedisintroducedtothedrumwhichisrotatinginadirectionoppositetothatofthepulpflow.Magneticmaterialispickedupbythedrumandimmediatelydischarged.Sincetailingsmustflowunderthemagneticarcofthedrumsurfacebeforedischarging，lossesareheldtoaminimum.Thelowvelocityattheoverflowzonefacilitatestherecoveryoffinemagneticparticles.这种类型磁选机合用于磁性矿物浓度较高和磁性矿物损失规定很低应用场合。给料方式（见示意图6）是磁筒转动方向和矿浆流动方向相反。磁性矿物被磁筒磁力吸引从矿浆中分离并由转动磁筒带动从精矿出口排出。而尾矿必要要通过所有磁极后才干被排出，这样磁性颗粒就会有更多机会被磁场吸出，因此磁性矿物回收率很高。在溢流区相对较低流速可以使细磁性颗粒回收变得容易。5.维修保养MAINTENANCE:Itisrecommendedthataweeklyscheduleformaintenancebeconducted，asfollows:咱们建议顾客每周都要做维护保养，其程序如下：转筒轴承DRUMBEARINGS:Allbearingsrequirelubrication.WipeallfittingstoremovedirtanduseacleangreasegunwhichhasbeenfilledwithShellAlvaniaR2grease，orequivalent.所有轴承都需要润滑。在加新润滑脂之前要先把轴承周边清理干净。要用专用油脂枪把润滑脂加（打）到轴承里面。可选用壳牌AlvaniaR2型润滑脂，或依照5.2选用相相应润滑脂：电机MOTOR:Instructionssuppliedbythemanufacturerandattachedtothegearmotorshouldbefollowed.请一定要按照电机阐明书中规定维护电机。筒皮DRUMSHELL:Thedrumshellshouldbecheckedforpuncturesandgroovesandreplacedbeforewatercanenterthedruminteriorandcauseseriousdamage.要经常检查磁筒筒皮和加在外面耐磨筒皮磨损状况。一旦发现外层耐磨筒皮磨穿就得及时更换，特别不能让磁筒内层筒皮被磨穿，如果发生，水将进入磁筒内部，将会引起磁系严重损坏。链条和链轮CHAIN&SPROCKETS:ThechainandchainsprocketsshouldbecleanandlightlycoatedwithShellAlvaniaR2grease.Alsoinspectwearofthechainandsprockets.应保持链条和链轮清洁。润滑限度要好，链条和链轮表面应有薄薄一层润滑油，同样推荐壳牌AlvaniaR2润滑脂。要经常检查链轮磨损限度。5.1故障解决TROUBLESHOOTING:REASONSFORPOORPERFORMANCEANDCORRECTIONS:A.LowRecoveryOfMagnetite:i.LowWaterLevel:Decreasetailsdischarge
