：受聘方的工资为税前每月元人民币。工资在每月的第一周发放。领取工资时，外专须本人签收《外国专家工资签收单》。（附件7）管理分工：外国语学院负责受聘方的教学管理；国际合作与交流处负责受聘方的日常生活管理。向受聘方提供必要的生活条件：提供面积为100平方米的三室两厅公寓住房一套，配备沙发、床、衣柜、书柜、书桌、餐桌等家具及空调、电视、电冰箱、洗衣机、电热水器、微波炉、抽油烟机等生活家用电器和暖气设备。配备电脑、打印机并提供免费宽带接入服务，每月免费提供40G流量。配备电话机，每月可报销最高不超过50元的电话费。聘方负担每月公寓的水、电、暖气等费用。机票补助：受聘方完成半年合同时，聘方为其提供一张常住地至西安的单程经济舱捷径国际机票一张；完成一年合同时，聘方提供一张西安至常住地的单程经济舱捷径国际机票一张。若受聘方无需聘方购买机票，聘方将根据当时的机票市场价格为其支付现金，但往返不超过10000元人民币（欧美国家）或5000元人民币（日韩亚洲国家）。医疗及保险：来华前，受聘方应在其国家公立医院进行体检，体检费由受聘方自理。来华后若被要求再检，其体检费则由聘方支付。聘方为受聘方购买住院医疗保险及人身意外伤害保险（限于中国大陆地区）。受聘方就医前，应及时告知聘方，并由聘方与保险公司沟通。镶牙、整容、配眼镜、住院伙食、服用非医疗性滋补药品等费用均由受聘方承担。对于门诊医疗，在就医前，受聘方须通知国际处，并前往公立医院就医。产生的门诊费用，聘方每聘期报销的额度不得超过5000元，超出部分由受聘方自理。（七）签证与居留许可：聘方为受聘方办理来华后的居留许可，费用由聘方支付。其来华的签证费用由受聘方本人支付。受聘方的义务：遵守中国的法律、法规，不干预中国的内部事务。尊重中国的宗教政策。不从事与身份不符的活动。尊重中国人民的道德
