一国两制

If you have a chance to travel to Xiamen . You may see two slogans . One is in the middle of roundabout road writes ‘ one country two systems , unify the china ’ and this slogan faces the golden gate island . The other is on the golden gate island , facing the chinese mainland . It writes three prople’s principles , unify the china . These two slogans explain two ways cross-strait uses to unify the china . I believe that it may be meaningful for us to understand this profound meaning of this slogan in that it has basically proved that one country two system is the optimal solution to solve Taiwan issue . So , my research is about this slogan . To begin with , we are supposed to know about the content of this slogan . The literal meaning is that we can implement two political systems in one country . For example , in chinese mainland , we implement socialism . And in some special area such as Hongkong Macan and Taiwan , we reserve capitalism . This slogan is forward-looking , for no country dare to operate it and this slogan solved Hongkong issue and Macao issue successfully . Well , this slogan was first stated by president Deng on on Jan the 11 , 1982 . We will unify in peace , the key is one country two system . Then , president Dend explained special policy on June the 26 ,1983 . He also clarified policy of chinese government , including setting up Taiwan Special Administrative Region . president Jiang restated that we are willing to interact with Kuomintang so that we can terminate the state of hostile on the oct 12 .1992 . We would use this steady policy to actively promote the reunification of the motherland . However , we may ask whether this slogan can be used to solvethe Taiwan issue . This is also the aim why I do this research . My result is that this slogan is the correct policy and this slogan is the best way to realize the reunification of the motherland . First , it fits the social status of Hongkong , Macao and Taiwan . Taiwan has been China's territory since ancient times . They all belongs to china . Second .it is good to maintain the stability of economic development both of chinese mainland and Taiwan . Third , this slogan has solved Hongkong , Macao issue successfully . Taiwan has been China's territory since ancient times . Therefore , realize the reunification of the motherland is the people’s mind and irreversible historical trend . I hope we can finally implement reunification by slogan of one country two systems . After all . The war is the worst result in that no one hopes the war happen 一国两制”是实现祖国统一的最佳方案.因为:第一,它符合香港、澳门、台湾的历史实际,符合中华民族盼望实现祖国统一的共同愿望.香港、澳门、台湾自古以来就是中国的领土,由于历史的原因,它们实行了资本主义 制度 关于办公室下班关闭电源制度矿山事故隐患举报和奖励制度制度下载人事管理制度doc盘点制度下载 ,并与大陆长期相分离.但是社会制度的不同和港、澳、台地区人民在长期的资本主义制度下所形成的思想、道德、意识、生活方式、行为习惯等方面的差异,并没有割断大陆与港、澳、台地区之间"血溶于水"的亲情.因此,实现祖国统一,是民心所向,不可逆转的历史潮流. 第二,“一国两制”的构想符合大陆和港澳台经济共同发展的 要求 对教师党员的评价套管和固井爆破片与爆破装置仓库管理基本要求三甲医院都需要复审吗 .在一个统一的国家内,保留两种不同的社会制度,这既能保持双方经济发展的稳定,又能为各自的发展提供更为宽广的空间. 第三,“一国两制”充分照顾美国、英国、葡萄牙及其他一些国家在这些地区的利益.香港被英国统治了一个半世纪,英国在香港拥有巨大的政治经济利益,同时香港又是国际金融中心,美国、日本、西欧等在那里有大量的投资.澳门的问题也与香港类似.实行"一国两制",台、港、澳高度自治,繁荣稳定,也就保证了这些国家、地区的利益. 第四,“一国两制”不仅考虑了港、澳、台的历史和现实,更考虑了大陆地区的现实.大陆坚持社会主义制度,坚持四项基本原则,是"一国两制"的主体.不考虑这个主体,正如邓小平指出的"没有中国共产党,没有中国的社会主义,谁能够制定这样的政策?没有哪个人有这个胆识,哪一个党派都不行.……这个胆略是要有基础的,这就是社会主义制度,是共产党领导下的社会主义中国".所以,四项基本原则不仅是解决国内发展问题的根本保证,也是解决国家统一的重要基础. 综上所述,以"一国两制"方案统一中国,即体现了维护国家主权的原则性,又充分照顾了有关国家在港、澳、台的利益,充分尊重港、澳、台长期实行资本主义制度、人民习惯于资本主义生活方式这一现实,体现了高度的灵活性,有利于该地区社会稳定、经济繁荣和居民安居乐业.因而是一条损失最小、最得人心的国家统一的最佳方案.
