统筹城乡客运一体化发展 提升农村群众出行质量 建湖县客运管理处 裴文雅 摘要:本文就推进城乡经济社会发展一体化的要求，构建相互衔接、资源共享、布局合理、方便快捷、畅通有序的城乡道路客运服务体系，加快推进我县城乡客运统筹发展提出几点意见。 城乡道路客运是联系城乡、服务居民出行的重要纽带～是城乡经济社会一体化发展的重要基础～与人民群众生产生活息息相关。推进城乡道路客运一体化发展～实现城乡道路客运资源共享、政策协调、衔接顺畅、布局合理、结构优化、服务优质～是实践科学发展观、贯彻中央统筹城乡协调发展战略、落实中央“三农”政策的重要举措～是加快转变城乡道路客运发展方式、提升行业可持续发展能力、发挥行业比较优势的迫切需要～对推进城乡道路客运基本公共服务均等化具有重要意义。为认真贯彻党的十七大和十七届五中全会提出的推进城乡经济社会发展一体化的要求～构建相互衔接、资源共享、布局合理、方便快捷、畅通有序的城乡道路客运服务体系～现就加快推进我县城乡客运统筹发展～提出如下意见: 一、指导思想、主要目标和基本原则 ,一,指导思想。深入贯彻落实科学发展观～以推进城乡道路客运基本公共服务均等化和保障城乡居民“行有所乘”基本需求为目标～以转变城乡道路客运发展方式为主线～green space to drain that: (1), to drain the slopes meet the design requirements, pipe elevation deviation shall not exceed ? 10MM.
