Nutrition is the material basis of high-quality talents. Therefore, college students have a healthy diet and good nutrition, which is the necessary prerequisite and basis for future social competition. The Chinese government has always attached great importance to nutrition and health status of the students in the survey of 1985, 1991, 1995, 2000, 2005 5 national large-scale students physique and health, the nutritional status of students as the key research contents. The survey of nutritional status of Chinese residents shows that the dietary and nutritional status of urban residents has improved significantly in recent years, and malnutrition and nutritional deficiency are gradually decreasing by [1]. But due to various reasons, such as dietary knowledge, attitude and behavior, life style influencing nutritional imbalance directly or indirectly, that some students nutritional intake too much or too fast, some other students, inadequate intake of nutrients or missing. However, scientific and rational nutrition plays a very important role in improving the nutritional status of the body and promoting the health of the human body. 1. college students nutrition status Nutrition is the material base for life and health. Nutrition and physical fitness are also important indicators of a country and social progress. The development of a national physical quality of society is very important, therefore, the nutritional status of national is not only an important indicator of social progress, is also the important factor of influencing and restricting the social and economic development; similarly, economic development can also promote the improvement of nutrition and body quality. With the development of economy, great changes have taken place in our country's culture, education and so on, and the diet, nutrition and physique are also undergoing profound changes. College students are in the stage of growth and development, the task of learning is heavy, and their nutritional status has attracted social attention. In recent years, dietary disorder has become one of the major factors for the formation of sub-health status among college students. The importance of diet for college students is not clear enough, while irregular diet is one of the major causes of digestive system diseases. According to the relevant data, the proportion of students with irregular diet has accounted for 41.9,%[2]. No long-term diet, not only will cause malnutrition, affecting the quality of sleep, and even affect the human body neurohumoral regulation and endocrine regulation, have a negative impact on the health of students [3]. However, these students have a good nutrition attitude and hope to acquire more nutrition knowledge through various channels. They are willing to change their unhealthy eating habits. So, to carry out positive and effective nutrition education among college students, regular nutrition knowledge lectures, published daily, opened nutrition on nutritional knowledge of elective courses and other forms of publicity and education of nutrition knowledge, to improve students' physical quality, it is necessary to. 2 nutrition knowledge, behavior attitude and eating habits 2.1 the nutritional status of students is closely related to students' nutrition knowledge, behavior and attitude. In the survey, the students' correct nutrition attitude and dietary behavior formation rate are not high, not eating breakfast, eating snacks and other acts more common. Most students lack the necessary nutrition knowledge, generally exist unreasonable dietary behavior, but they have a better sense of healthy eating, are willing to accept more nutrition knowledge, and correct bad eating habits. Refer to the relevant information: the ways to obtain nutritional knowledge for college students are newspapers and magazines, 75.1%, radio and television, 54%, people around 45.3%, and other ways 12.90%. Nutrition education is a purposeful, planned and organized educational activity, To help and encourage people to set up to enhance nutrition awareness, the dissemination of certain nutritional knowledge, encourage people to voluntarily take beneficial nutrition diet, develop a healthy lifestyle, to protect and promote health, improve the quality of life.
