教师晋级述职报告 属职报告 述职人:张雪萍 尊敬各位领导、各位老师 大家好 我叫张雪萍，自1992年毕业以来，一直担任地理教学工作。 多年来，一贯恪守职业道德，情操高尚，言行一致，表里如一。坚持为人师表，维护教师的良好形象。能自觉遵守学校的各项规章 制度 关于办公室下班关闭电源制度矿山事故隐患举报和奖励制度制度下载人事管理制度doc盘点制度下载 ，出满勤，干满岗，以身作则，积极主动，顾全大局，不计个人得失。 教学工作方面。努力学习先进的教学理念，优化教学方法，充分发掘学生自己的潜能，变学生“学会”为“会学”。另外，多次承担市、县、校级公开课，受到各位听课教师和专家们的一致好评。平时做好“传帮带”工作，真诚的关心帮助青年教师。 班主任工作方面。在坚持教好书的同时，我从未放弃过育好人。我在班主任工作中，主要做到了两个字:“爱”和“严”，这使我在班主任工作中取得了较好的成绩，既改变了一大批后进生，又培养了一批优秀的学生。 功夫不负有心人，由于自己多年来的辛勤付出，在教育教学中取得了点滴成绩: 2000年获省优质课一等奖; 2002年获得市第一批青年骨干教师; development in order to protect a host of attractions and historical sites, as well as to maintain the economic vitality of the downtown area.
