刺绣Embroidery制作人：吴雪燕TheEmbroideryofChinahasfourtypes:Suzhouembroidery(SuXiu)Hunanembroidery(XiangXiu)Guangdongembroidery(YueXiu)Sichuanembroidery(ShuXiu)Shanghaiembroidery(GuXiu)苏绣三国时期（公元220～280年）SuXiu(苏绣)—SuzhouembroideryiscraftedinareasaroundSuzhou,JiangsuProvince,havingahistorydatingback2,000years.Itisfamousforitsbeautifulpatterns,elegantcolours,varietyofstitches,andconsummatecraftsmanship.Itsstitchingismeticulouslyskillful,colorationsubtleandrefined.Suzhouartistsareabletousemorethan40needleworkanda1,000differenttypesofthreadstomakeembroidery,typicallywithnatureandenvironmentthemessuchasflowers,birds,animalsandevengardensonapieceofcloth.AraresubsetisSudouble-sidedembroidery(双面绣）whichrequiresultimateskillandartistry.Thefrontandbackofthepiecemayhavedifferentdesigns,buttheendsarenotknottedbutwoveninsothebackcan'tbedistinguished.蜀绣汉代（公元前206～公元220年）ShuXiu(蜀绣)—SichuanembroiderycomesfromareasaroundChengdu,SichuanProvince.ItisoldestknownembroiderystyleinChineseembroideryhistory.Itsrawmaterialsaresatinandcoloredsilk,itscraftsmanshippainstakingandrefined.Theemphasisisonevenstitching,delicatecoloration,andlocalflavor.Sichuanembroideryisusedtodecoratequiltcovers,pillowcases,garments,shoesandpaintedscreens.湘绣春秋战国时期XiangXiu(湘绣)—HunanembroiderycomesfromareasaroundChangsha,HunanProvince.Itisdistinctforitsstarklyelegantblack,whiteandgraycolouration.Itsemphasisisoncontrastsoflightandshadethathighlightthepatterntexturetogiveathree-dimensionaleffect.Xiangembroiderycompositioncombinesvoidandsolidimagery,utilizingemptyspaceinthesamewayasChineseinkandwashpaintings.粤绣唐永贞元年（805年）YueXiug(粤绣)—GuangdongembroideryiscraftedinChaozhou,GuangdongProvince.Itiscomposedofintricatebutsymmetricalpatterns,vibrantcolours,variedstitchesandadefinedweave.Itsuseofprimarycolors,lightandshadearereminiscentofwesternpaintings.GuXiu(顾绣)—GuembroideryisratherafamilystylethanalocalstyleoriginatedfromGuMingshi'sfamilyduringtheMingDynastyinShanghai.GuembroideryisalsonamedLuXiangYuanembroideryaftertheplacewheretheGufamilylived.Guembroideryssdifferentfromotherstylesasitspecializedinpaintingandcalligraphy.TheinventorofGuembroiderywasaconcubineofGuMingshi'sfirstson,GuHuihai.Later,HanXimeng,thewifeofthesecondgrandsonofGuMingshidevelopedtheskillandwasreputedas"NeedleSaint"(针圣).SomeofhermasterpiecesarekeptintheForbiddenCity.TodayGuembroideryhasbecomeaspeciallocalproductinShanghai.Otherstyles顾绣明代（公元1368～1644年）苏绣双面绣精品姚建萍《锦绣前程》
