到《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50204-2002)拆模条件时再拆除。本规程按GB50204-2002的有关规定编制,在执行时尚应符合国家和北京市其它现行有关标准的规定。1篇三:模板早拆体系技术指导书模板早拆体系技术指导书目录一、模板早拆体系的基本构造二、模板早拆支架特点三、适用范围四、工艺原理五、模板工程设计六、材料与设备七、质量保证八、安全措施九、工程实例照片建筑集团有限公司201年月模板早拆体系技术指导书一、模板早拆体系的基本构造模板早拆支架由插卡型多功能脚手架构成,该脚手架由立杆、顶杆与横杆、三角架通过插头、插座插卡配合,形成结构尺寸规范的模板支架。1.插卡型多功能脚手架。(1)由专用检测工具检测达标的模具控制精铸而成的整体式插头、插座,在装配工艺生产线上装配形成立杆、横杆等脚手架的杆部件。(2)脚手架的立杆、顶杆与横杆、三角支架通过插头、插座插卡配合,形成结构尺寸规范的支承格构——模板支架。该支架的联结点,能够承受弯矩、冲剪及扭矩,使之形成具有自稳及整体稳定性能良好的空间支架结构。(3)该脚手架的立杆分两个系列,一个是由通用立杆及顶杆(立杆可以接高)形成的任意高度的大空间模板支架;而另一个是由2.0m、2.1m专用立杆(不能接高)形成的只适应层高为2.6m至3.0m建筑的空间模板支架(下部可加可调底座)。2.可调型组装式模板早拆柱头。
