N5945:2022onIndustrialwastewater–DischargestandardenclosedwithDecisionNo.22/2022/QĐ-BTNMTofMinisterofNaturalResourceandEnvironmentdatedDecember18,2022oncompulsoryapplicationofVietnameseenvironmentalstandards4.2.Stateenvironemntmanagementagenciestakeresponsibilityforguiding,inspectingandsupervisingtheimplementationofthistechnicalregulation.4.3.Inthecasethatnationalstandardonmethodofdeterminationreferredtointhesection3.1areamended,supplementedorreplaced,thenewstandardshallbeapplied
