向北延伸，经车陂站到黄村站二站二区间，线路长度3.016公里。车陂和黄 村站均为地下站。 6.1供电系统概况: 供电系统包括环网、变电所、变电所综合自动化、接触网、杂散电流防 护、复合材料疏散平台及电缆支架等专业。本工程供电系统采用集中供电方 式，系统环网电压33kV。本工程不设主变电站，由车陂南降压变电所串接 供电。根据工程需要设置牵引降压混合变电所1座(车陂)，降压变电所1 座(黄村)。接触网采用直流1500V三轨系统。牵引降压混合变电所的主要 功能是接受33kV电源，将其降压/整流后，向接触网提供直流1500V电源， 向车站和区间低压开关柜提供交流0.4kV电源。每座变电所内均设置一套综 合自动化系统，实现对变电所设备的监视与控制，变电所综合自动化系统在 通信系统为专用通信系统、民用通信系统、公安通信系统。专用通信系统主要包括传输、无线、公务电话、调度电话、站内及轨旁电话、闭路电视、有线广播、乘客信息显示、时钟、不间断电源等子系统。传输系统、时钟系统除了为各通信子系统提供服务外，还为其他系统提供服务。民用通信系统主要包括传输子系统、电源子系统。公安通信系统包括传输系统、公安闭路电视监控系统、警用集群无线通信指挥调度系统、计算机网络系统、公安电话系统。 6.3信号系统 广州地铁四号线信号系统正线采用“移动闭塞”自动列车控制系统ATC，它是以车地无线通信为基础的移动闭塞系统，ATC系统由以下子系统组成: ATP自动列车保护系统、 ATO自动列车驾驶系统、 ATS自动列车监控系统、联锁站的电子联锁设备、电源系统。 6.4自动售检票系统(AFC) 乘客信息显示系统(PIDS)是实现以人为本、进一步提高地铁为乘客服务质量、加快各种信息(如:乘客行车、地铁公益广告、安防反恐、运营紧急救灾、天气预报、新闻、交通信息等)传递及实现列车视频监控的的重要设施，是提高地铁运营管理及经营开发水平，扩大对乘客服务范围的有效工具。PIDS系统的功能定位是主播运营、安防反恐信息，适当插播地铁公益广告、天气预报、新闻、交通信息，实现列车视频监控，在紧急情况下运营紧急救灾信息优先使用。 资格审查和确定正式投标人办法 一、总则 1. 资格审查坚持“公开、公正、公平、客观、准确”的评审原则，按照招 标公告和本资格预审文件规定的程序，选定具有良好的业绩和能力的投 标申请人参加投标。 2. 资格审查将按照申请人提交的资格预审申请资料认定申请人是否符合 招标公告载明的投标人资格预审合格条件，未按照《投标申请人报名提 交资料一览表》要求提交资料和原件的申请人，不符合资格预审合格条 件的申请人,将不能通过资格预审。 3. 资格预审委员会对投标申请人递交的资格预审申请资料的原件核对情 况有疑问或资料复印件模糊无法辨认的，可以书面要求重新递交原件复 核，投标人应按时提交原件，否则视为未提交原件。 4. 《投标申请人报名提交资料一览表》中没有要求提交的资料不作为资审 不合格的依据。 5. 经资格预审合格的投标申请人，按招标公告中的方式确定正式投标人。 6. 拒绝挂靠单位参加投标，一旦发现即取消其投标或中标资格，没收其投 标保证金，并上报有关建设主管部门处理，将挂靠情况及处理结果向社 会公布。 7. 投标报名单位必须确保所提供的资料的真实性。如被查实提供虚假业绩 等，经招标人组织的资格审查委员会确认后，将对投标报名单位给予通 报，取消其本项目的投标资格，没收其投标保证金，同时上报上级主管 部门。 8.
