My major in the undergraduate school is accounting. Accounting is a major as well as a useful skill. Because every company or organization needs accountants to record their economic activities, prepare the financial statement and offer some useful financial information. Moreover, I think accounting is the basic of financial business.
Why you choose finance? What’s the relationship between them?
Now, with the development of our country, finance becomes more and more important. China needs support from the talent people who have rich knowledge of finance. If our country is good at finance, people’s life
will be better and our country will be richer and stronger. I think accounting is an essential part of finance. It is a sub-function of finance. Accounting and finance are practically closely connected. For example, I think the imperfect fair value measurement and neglect of important accounting information bring about the sub-prime crisis. In fact, financial statements can provide the risk signals. If banks pay close attention to these informations, they will reduce risks. Moreover, economic globalization promotes international convergence of accounting standards.
Why you give up finding jobs,
I am interested in finance. As we all know, economy is important. It’s the
basic of our life. Finance as the core of modern economy plays a dominating role in economic development nowadays. It also plays an important role in allocation of resources. From my point of view, solid foundation and confidence are the most important and also the basic factors which will influence people’s life. I believe that both of them will
make me to be more competitive which can make me more confident in facing challenges in the future. I also believe good preparation can quicken the process of success, so I give up finding jobs. Why you choose professional master rather than academic master? After graduating from my university, I found that practice is as important as theory. Theory should be combined with practice. In addition, practice helps us get a systematic comprehension of theory. Professional master pays more attention to practice, so I choose it.
