once there was a girl who was regarded as an angel in th earth, she is the charming princess in Roman Holiday. she is the symbol of beauty ,grace and kindness ,could you please guess who she is ? Right ,Audrey Hepburn,my topic today. The real Audrey Hepburn story begins with a little girl who experienced the cruelty and consequences of World War II but never forgot what liberation and peace felt like . now,let us begin with Audrey's childhood. Audrey was born in 1929 in Brussels[?br?slz], Belgium .she was sent to boarding school in England at 5 .Her mother arranged for her to begin ballet lessons. For Audrey, this ignited [ig?nait]点燃a passion for music and dance which never left her. When England declared war on Germany in 1939, Audrey returned to Holland, a neutral country. But her father ,who abandoned the family when Hepburn was only 6, was forced to stay in England and for the next 25 years he was not able to see his daughter. In 1940 Germany invaded Holland and Audrey's childhood changed forever. At the time of Germany's invasion of Holland, hepburn's mother did her best to cheer Audrey up and enrolled her in ballet lessons .
