理论和德尔菲法为理论基础。由目前存在的一些问题引出要研究的主要内容，通过博弈论的分析得出影响评价体系建设的主要因素。然后基于德尔菲法构建信用评价体系的基本指标和权重。基于目前的建设领域的现状，要使得评价体系得以正常的运行，需要一套完善的信用评价体系制度。本文对信用评价体系制度的构建提出了一些政策性的建议。本文在博弈分析过程中，通过对实例的分析，得出影响信用评价体系的一些主要因素，进而对第四章信用评价体系指标的确定提供了基础条件。在运用德尔菲法的过程中，运用进了一些专家的意见和建议，使得评价提议具有一定的实用价值，也从某一定程度上体现了目前市场的现状和要求。从而使本文具有一定的实用价值。建立良好完善的信用评价体系，可以使建筑市场得以健康的发展，更好的与国际接轨。有利于提高我国建筑企业的竞争力，在国际竞争中处于不败之地。关键词:建筑企业、信用、评价体系、制度建设Abs tract
At the present time when it is believed to be extremely lacking in
the credit，it appears
timely and necessary toconstruct the credit system，in which the

construnction in the architecture field actually plays avery important role(Being acrucial
part in the whole process of credit system construction,the credit evaluation system of
construction enterprises seems particularly important and urgent(With the focus on how toestablish areasonable and workable credit evaluation
system，with the background of the construction of social credit system and credit
construction in the architecture field，and based on the theory of
game theory and the
Delphi method，this paper introduces the main ideas of the research by analysing the
present problems and studies factors which mainly affect the evaluation system
construction on the basis of game theory(The paper also tries to build the basic index and
weights of the credit evaluation system by using the Delphi method(Accordong to the
present situation of the construction field，a set of perfect
evaluation system of credit is
required to enable the evaluation system to operate normally，This
