上海复旦大学红房子医院杨浦分院案例 上海复旦大学红房子医院杨浦分院 中央空调节能系统改造简介 1、中央空调现状 复旦大学红房子医院杨浦分院位于上海市杨浦区南端沈阳路128号,占地面积33330平方米,建筑面积61624平方米,核定床位450张,是集医疗、教学、科研为一身的大型妇产科专科医院。作为一家国内一流的妇产科大型专科医院,北院投入运营将极大程度地提高该地区妇产科医疗服务水平。 医院中央空调系统共设计中央空调冷冻主机3台,总制冷量1400冷吨,设置有冷冻一次水泵共5台,电功率合计:172kw;冷冻二次水泵共10台,电机功率合计:243kw;冷却水泵共:506kw;冷却塔风机共计18台,电机功率合计:135kw。 2、改造情况 中央空调系统于2009年投入使用,由于系统采用传统定流量设计,项目运行费用较高,投入人力较大,而且运行过程中各相关数据(诸如能耗数据等)监测不够。 于2010年采用贵州汇通华城楼宇科技有限公司提供的BKS600中央空调节能控制专家系统对整个中央空调系统制冷站设备进行改造。具体改造设备如下: ?
