教学过程
一、Revision
1.What’s missing
让学生快速说出消失的物品的英语。
2. Let’s play a guessing game 让我们来玩个猜猜猜游戏。
师：I have a good friend. He’s quiet. He’s tall. He has glasses. Who is he?
通过描述班上一个或几个特征较为明显的学生，让学生通过猜来学习运用本课重点词汇和短语：quiet, friendly, tall, small, glasses, brown, shoes, a blue bag, long hair, short hair, he, she等。
3. 教师拿着一个书包问What’s this? 学生回答It’s a schoolbag. 教师问What colour is it? 学生回答It’s white. 教师又问What’s in the bag? 学生回答An English book, a maths book, a Chinese book, a storybook and a pencil box.
4. 复习第一单元的词及短语window, teacher’s desk, desk, light, computer, blackboard, picture, door, fan, wall, floor.
复习第二单元的词及短语Chinese book, English book, storybook, notebook, maths book.
复习第三单元的词及短语long hair, brown shoes, blue glasses, tall and strong, short and thin, friendly, quiet.
5. 小结
建议做某事时说：Let’s …/ Let me…
询问姓名：What’s your/ his/ her name? (板书)
回答：My/Her/ His name is…
书包中有什么：What’s in your schoolbag? (板书)
你的朋友是谁：Who is your friend? (板书)
[设计意图]师生共同复习Unit 1-3的词及短语以及一些句型的用法。
二、呈现新课(Presentation)
1. Look and find
教师出示Look and find图片或Fred, Kate, Ben, Ann等人物图片，通过连线进一步练习句型：He/She is … He/ She has … Who is he/ she? 及词汇quiet, friendly, tall, thin, small, glasses, brown, shoes, a blue bag, long hair, short hair等知识。
三、Connect and say
教师出示图片，然后让学生设定路线到达塔顶，夺得红旗。
学生会很感兴趣，课堂气氛活跃。
四、Read aloud and match the pictures
教师领读对话，让学生完成在图片中的标号。
五、Play a game
Who’s the winner?
在通往顶端的路上会有许多问题，每答对一个问题就可以继续前行，然后再回答第二个，第三个……
[设计意图]通过一系列问题可让学生复习以前所学的词汇和句型，达到复习巩固旧知识的目的。
