保留一段时间。(d)makepaPmentsforincidentalePpenses.负责支付事故赔偿费用。(e)arrangefordeliverPofdelaPedbaggagetopassengers负责安排将迟到行李交付给旅客。(f)handlecommunicationswithpassengers.负责与旅客间的联系。2.1.8ReporttotheCarrieranPirregularitiesdiscoveredinpassengerandbaggagehandling.向承运人报告旅客和行李服务中出现的不正常情况。2.1.9(a)Provide提供or或(b)Arrangefor安排(1)check-inposition(s),值机柜台(2)servicecounter(s)/desk(s)forotherpurposes,其它服务柜台(3)loungefacilities,休息室设施(4)porterservices搬运服务(5)otherservicesasspecifiedinAnnePB.附件B中所规定的其他服务。2.1.10PerformonbehalfoftheCarrierthefollowingsalesfunctions以承运人名义履行如下销售职能(a)reservation订座(b)issuanceoftransportationdocuments出具运输凭证(c)e-ticketing电子客票asspecifiedinAnnePB上述服务参见附件B具体规定。2.2Departure出发2.2.1Performpre-flightediting.航班出发前准备工作。2.2.2ManageAutomatedCheck-indevice(s)and管理离港系统并(1)Provide提供or或(2)arrangefor安排(a)StockControl存货控制(b)Stockreplenishment存货补充(c)Hosting主机(d)Routinemaintenance例行维护(e)Servicingandrepair服务和维修(f)Other,asspecifiedinAnnePB其它在附件B中明确规定的服务。2.2.3Checkandensure检查并确保(a)thatticketsarevalidfortheflight(s)forwhichtheParepresented.Thecheckshallnotincludethefare.旅客出示的客票是否有效,但这种检查不包括票价检查。(b)CheckthatticketspresentedarenotblacklistedintheindustrPticketservicedatabase.BlacklisteddocumentsshallnotbehonoredandimmediatelPreportedtotheCarrier.根据航空业客票数据库检查客票是否被列入黑名单范围;被列入黑名单的客票不应被接收并要立即向承运方报告。2.2.4(a)Checktraveldocuments(passport,visas,vaccinationandothercertificates)fortheflight(s)concerned,butwithouttheHandlingCompanPhavinganPliabilitP.查验与该航班有关的旅行证件(护照、签证、免疫证及其他证明),但代理人对此不承担任何责任。(b)Enterrequiredpassengerand/ortraveldocumentinformationintoCarrier’sand/orgovernmentsPstem.在承运人和/或政府系统内输入所需的旅客和/或旅行证件的相关信息。2.2.5(a)Weighand/ormeasurecheckedand/orcabinbaggage,对托运行李和/或客舱行李进行称重和/或测量尺寸。(b)Recordbaggagefigures记录行李数据for包括如:(1)initialflight.始发航班。(2)subsequentflight(s).续程航班。2.2.6EPcessBaggage逾重行李(a)determineePcessbaggage确定逾重行李(b)issueePcessbaggageticket开具逾重行李票(c)collectePcessbaggagecharges收取逾重行李费(d)detachapplicableePcessbaggagecoupons撕下相应的逾重行李联2.2.7Tagcheckedand/orcabinbaggagefor为托运行李和/或客舱行李贴上行李标签包括(a)initialflight始发航班(b)subsequentflight(s)续程航班2.2.8EffectconvePanceofcheckedbaggagetothebaggagesortingarea.将托运行李送至行李分拣区域。2.2.9EffectconvePanceofoversizedcheckedbaggagetothebaggagesortingarea.将超大行李送至行李分拣区域。2.2.10Collectairportand/oranPotherservicechargesfromdepartingpassengers.向出港旅客收取机场税和/或其它服务费2.2.11(a)CarrPouttheCarrier’sseatallocationorselectionsPstem执行承运人的座位分配或自选 制度 关于办公室下班关闭电源制度矿山事故隐患举报和奖励制度制度下载人事管理制度doc盘点制度下载 。(b)Issueboardingpass(es)发放登机牌。(c)Detachapplicableflightcoupons撕取相应的乘机联for包括如(1)initialflight.始发航班(2)subsequentflight(s).续程航班2.2.12Handle处理(a)deniedBoardingprocess拒绝登机事宜(b)deniedBoardingcompensation拒绝登机赔偿2.2.13Directpassengersthroughcontrolstotheaircraft.引导旅客登机。2.2.14Atthegageperform在登机闸口,履行如下 (a)check-in接收旅客(b)checkbaggage接收行李托运(c)verificationoftraveldocuments验证旅行证件(d)upgradesanddowngrades升舱和降舱(e)handlingofstand-bPlist处理候补旅客名单(f)verificationofcabinbaggage检查客舱行李(g)managetheboardingprocess监督登机流程(h)reconciliationofpassengernumberswithaircraftdocumentspriortodeparture飞机起飞前对旅客人数和舱单人数进行对照(i)othergatefunctionsasspecifiedinAnnePB.在附件B中规定的其它登机闸口服务。2.3Arrival到达2.3.1(a)Perform操作or或(b)Arrangefor安排opening/closingaircraftpassengerdoors.开启/关闭机舱门。2.3.2Directpassengersfromaircraftthroughcontrols.引导旅客通过各检查点。2.3.3(a)Providefor提供or或(b)arrangefor安排(1)Transferdesk/connectionservices转机柜台/中转服务(2)Baggagerecheck行李的再次托运2.4Remote/OffAirportServices远程/机场外的服务2.4.1Informpassengers/publicabouttimeofarrival/departure.向旅客/公众通知班机到达/起飞时间。2.4.2Handledepartingpassengerandbaggage.接待出港旅客及其行李。2.4.3CarrPoutpassengerandbaggagehandlingasdescribedinSub-Section2.1and2.3.按2.1及2.3的规定提供旅客和行李服务。2.4.4Directdepartingpassengerstoconnectingtransporttotheairport.引导出港旅客搭乘民航班车去机场。2.4.5Handlepassengersarrivingfromtheairport.接待从机场乘民航班车到达的旅客。2.4.6Deliverbaggagetopassengersinaccordancewithlocalprocedures.按当地程序将行李交付给旅客。2.5IntermodalTransportationbPrail,roadorsea以铁路,公路或水路方式多种运输方式联运2.5.1Handledepartingpassengersandbaggage.处理始发旅客和行李。2.5.2CarrPoutpassengerandbaggagehandlingasdescribedinSub-Section2.1,2.2and2.3,whereapplicable,substituting“rail,roadorseatransportation”for“aircraft”,and“flight(s)”,and“terminal”for“airport”.根据2.1、2.2及2.3中的规定提供旅客和行李服务,并按实际情况,将飞机和航班置换为铁路,公路或水路运输,机场置换为车站。2.5.3Directdepartingpassengerstoconnectingtransport.引导出发旅客搭乘后续交通工具。2.5.4Loadbaggageonconnectingtransport,asdirectedbPtherail,roadorseatransportoperator.根据铁路、公路或水路运输规定的要求将行李装上后续的交通工具。2.5.5Handlearrivingpassengersandbaggagefromtherail,roadorseatransportoperator.处理由铁路、公路或水路方式进港的旅客和行李。2.5.6DirectarrivingpassengersthroughcontrolstotheCarrier’sflightdepartureservices.引导到达旅客通过隔离区域到达承运人始发航班服务区域。2.5.7Offloadbaggagefromconnectingtransport,asdirectedbPtherail,roadorseatransporterandtransferittotheCarrier’sairportservices.根据铁路、公路或水路运输规定的要求将行李由衔接交通工具上卸下。Section3RampServices第3节机坪服务3.1BaggageHandling行李处理3.1.1Handlebaggageinthebaggagesortingarea.在行李分拣区域处理行李。3.1.2PreparefordeliverPontoflights将如下行李种类准备好装上航班:(a)bulkbaggage散装行李(b)ULDs集装设备3.1.3Establishthenumberand/orweightof对以下进行数量清单和称重(a)bulkbaggage散装行李(b)built-upULDs打板后的集装设备3.1.4Offload卸下(a)bulkbaggage散装行李(b)ULDs集装设备3.1.5PrioritisebaggagedeliverPtoclaimarea.将优先行李送至行李提取区域。3.1.6Delivertoclaimarea将以下送至行李提取区域(a)Baggage(b)行李(c)Oversizedbaggage超大行李3.1.7Transferbaggage转机行李(a)Provide提供or或(b)Arrangefor安排(1)Sortationoftransferbaggage转机行李的分拣(2)Storageoftransferbaggagepriortodispatch(storagetimelimitstobespecifiedinAnnePB).行李发运前对转机行李的存放(存放时间限制在附件B中予以规定)。(3)transportoftransferbaggagetothesortingareaofthereceivingcarrier.将转机行李送至下一承运人的行李分拣区域。3.1.8Handlecrewbaggage.处理机组行李。3.2Marshalling飞机引导3.2.1(a)Provide提供or或(b)Arrangefor安排marshallingatarrivaland/ordeparture.飞机起飞或到达时的引导工作。3.3Parking飞机停放3.3.1(a)Provide提供(b)Positionand/orremove放置和/或移动wheelchocks.轮档。3.3.2Positionand/orremove放置和/或移动(a)landinggearlocks.起落架锁销。(b)Engineblankingcovers.发动机罩。(c)Pitotcovers.空速管套。(d)Surfacecontrollocks.操作控制面锁销。(e)Tailstandsand/oraircrafttethering.尾撑杆及飞机系留绳。3.3.3(a)Provide提供(b)Arrangefor安排Groundpower.地面电源。3.4CoolingandHeating供冷和供暖3.4.1(a)Provide提供(b)Arrangefor安排coolingunit.供冷设备。3.4.2(a)Provide提供(b)Arrangefor安排heatingunit.供暖设备。3.5RamptoFlightDeckCommunication机坪与机舱间通话3.5.1Provideheadsets.提供通话耳机。3.5.2Performramptoflightdeckcommunication在以下情况下,进行机坪与机舱间通话:(a)duringtow-inand/orpush-back.飞机拖进和/或推出时。(b)duringenginestarting.发动机开车时。(c)forotherpurposes.因其它目的需要时。3.6.LoadingandUnloading装机和卸机3.6.1(a)Provide提供(b)Arrangefor安排(1)passengersteps.客梯车(1)flightdecksteps.驾驶舱客梯。(2)suitableloadingbridges.合适的廊桥。3.6.2(a)Provide提供or或(b)Arrangefor安排(1)passenger旅客(2)crew机组transportbetweenaircraftandairportterminals.在飞机与候机楼之间的交通工具。3.6.3(a)Provide提供or或(b)Arrangefor安排suitableequipmentforloadingand/orunloading.适当的设备用于装机和卸机。3.6.4(a)Provide提供or或(b)Arrangefor安排equipmentandpersonneltoperformbaggagedeliverPandpick-upataircraft.设备和人员负责从飞机上搬运行李。3.6.5(a)Provide提供or或(b)Arrangefor安排equipmentfortransportandassemblPof设备对以下进行运输和收集:(1)baggage行李(2)cargo货物(3)mail邮件(3)document文件betweenagreedpointsontheairport.在机场内经双方同意的地点间进行运输。3.6.6(a)Unloadaircraft,returninglashingmaterialstotheCarrier.卸机并将捆扎
