Abstract:Abstract:Abstract:Abstract: In today's increasingly competitive market economy, city marketing
became an effective way to the city’s development and growth. City Marketing play a
more important role in the city’s development, it can promote the city branding and
enhance the competitiveness of the city. So studying on the city marketing strategy can
be a good reference to the city competition. Therefore, this paper discusses the concept
and importance of city marketing, mainly focuses on the strategy of city marketing.
Based on the SWOT analysis of the city marketing of small and medium cities, this
article mainly analyze as an example to explore the city marketing strategy of small

and medium sized cities, and study city marketing through the aspects of consumer
behavior and attention economic and finally put forward my suggests.
