With the development of technology,Smart phone has become more and more popular in our life with the excellent functions.People can use mobile phone to access the Internet,update their personal twitter or Facebook,and upload their real-time pictures at any time,any place.It seems that smart phones have already become an inalienable part in people’s daily life.
However,some people are intoxicated with the virtual world which created by smart phone but marginalize their normal life.Some people,particularly young people,are easily falling for Smart Phone for these reasons.
First of all,modern people,who are under great pressure,while smart phone gives a way for people to relax themselves.By playing smartphone games,chatting online with friends,watching movies,people can easily relax and be addicted to it.Moreover,the things on the phone always update in real time.People maybe face various information,which needs spending lot of time to read and leads to communicate with their friends or parents for less time.More seriously,using smartphone frequently may cause health problems.Mobile telephone electromagnetic radiation can injure our body health and the focus on smartphone for long periods of time may injure mental health.
It’s no doubt smartphone give us irreplaceable convenience,but the frequently using of it may cause addiction.Our real world is more important than the virtual world.We should do more exercise and form optimistic attitude of life.
