A;Yes ,we can do .Would you tell us what quantity you require so that we can work out the offers? B: Not change. A: I’m afraid we cannot accept the order at original price. Our factories only accept special order at least 10000 yards. B: Well, increase the quantity. to 10000 yards. A: I’m sure you’ll find our price most favourable. Elsewhere prices is higher than our prices . B;I’m glad to hear that. A:We’ll be happy to. Is there anything else I can do for you, Mr. zhang? B: How long does it usually take you to make delivery? A: As a rule, we deliver all our orders within 3 months after receipt of the covering letters of credit. It takes longer, of course, for special orders. But in no case would it take longer than 6 months. B: All right .By the way , can you sent a sample to us before you shipment? So that we can be sure of the quality of the product. A: No problem.
