The supplier measurement is not only an important technology in the supply chain management, but als0 a base for the cooperation of the supply chain. The manufacturers can choose the best copartner to construct the long and steady relationship, and improve their competition through scientific supplier measurement .In addition, the cooperation of supply chain has risk because of the complicacy and otherness of the organizations. Because of the scientific supplier measurement system can help the manufacturers avoid the cooperation risk. So the research of supplier measurement is very important and significant. In an active market environment modern enterprise must adjust its tactics from time to time. In course of the modern enterprise management, the start point is not producing management, but combining with the thought of supply chain management, and recommend the upstream supplier to our management system, the final subject of suppliers evaluating is to serve for enterprise, that means to obtain best quality and service, to wash out the unsuited suppliers, to develop the potential suppliers, to maintain a good cooperation by each other and to construct a strategy relation to the outstanding suppliers. It is very usual to assess suppliers aimed at suppliers' price, quality and financing. However it is few to. Research suppliers' ability of cooperation and development, which affects the collaborating benefit directly. In this paper, on the basis of the partnership relationship between suppliers and manufacturer, founds a supplier evaluation index system, with the emphasis laid on Price, Delivery, Quality, After-sales service, finance, Technology research and development level and R & D Performance factors. 【Key words】:Supplier; Index system; F
