1)建议信
建议信可能是写给某个组织或机构,就其改进服务质量提出建议;也可能是写给个人,就其某个决定提出自己的忠告。因此,建议信可能是一封公务信函,也可能是一封私人信函。但是不论是何者,都要注意措辞礼貌得体。若是公务信函,可以先肯定成绩,然后再提出进一步改进建议;若是私人信函,要用征询的语气,不要把自己的观点强加于人。
建议信的正文部分一般由三个段落构成,其功能分别为:
第一段:说明自己与收信人的相关性;
