无害化处理制度 南通市通州区佳晔肉接养殖专业合作社 活禽生产废弃物无害化处理制度 Waste Management for Live Production (HMTS-BS0006.0) 第一条: 为加强鸡场、孵化场和饲料厂等废弃物的科学处理和合理利用，特制定 本规定，不仅有助于改善鸡场、孵化场及周围的生态环境，同时也将进一步扩大养 殖场的经济和社会效益。 Article One: This protocol is stipulated to dispose the production wastes from poultry farms, hatcheries, and feed mill in scientific ways and make proper use, which is not only helpful to improve ecological environment inside and outside poultry farms and hatcheries but also to expand economic and social benefits for farms and hatcheries. 第二条:本规定适用于本公司所有自建和以代加工等紧密合作方式进行合作生产的 种鸡场、孵化场、饲料厂和肉鸡场。 Article Two: This protocol is applicable to company owned breeder farms, hatcheries, feed mills and broiler farms and also those under the contract. 第三条:鸡场、孵化场废弃物的种类 Article Three: Categories of wastes from poultry farms and hatchery plants 鸡场和孵化场废弃物主要包括鸡粪、死鸡、污水、蛋壳、无精蛋、死胎、毛 蛋及弱、死雏鸡、生活垃圾、疫苗药品包装物等。 Major wastes from poultry farms and hatcheries include manure, dead birds, sewage, egg shells, infertile eggs, dead embryos, addled eggs, dead and culled DOCs, household trash, vaccine/medicine packages, etc. 1 南通市通州区佳晔肉接养殖专业合作社 第四条:鸡场废弃物的污染 Article Four: Pollution from Poultry Farm Wastes (1) 污染空气 Air Pollution 鸡场的空气污染主要来源于粪便。鸡粪中的NH、HS、NO、CO、CH等有32224 害气体会在鸡舍蓄积，尤其到了夏季，不仅会影响鸡的生长发育，诱发呼吸道疾 病，也会影响工作人员的身心健康。同时有的养殖场离居民区、文教区较近，由于 恶臭污染问题，导致与周围群众关系十分紧张，有的甚至引发社会矛盾。 Air pollution on poultry farms is mainly caused by manure, which contains harmful gases such as NH, HS, NO,CO, CH,etc., and will accumulate inside the 322 24 chicken houses, especially during the summer time. It will affect the bird growth, cause respiratory disease and will influence physical and mental health conditions of employees. If the farms are close to resident area or school area, the smelly pollutants will lead to tense relationship with local community and even results in social contradictions. (2 )传播病菌，危害人畜健康 Disease Transmission--Harmful to Human and Animal Health 鸡排泄的废弃物如果得不到合理的处置，会造成环境中微生物污染。如:死 鸡携带有致病微生物，直接对生产场的健康鸡形成威胁;鸡粪中含有大量的寄生 虫、虫卵、病原菌、病毒等，会滋生蚊蝇，传播病菌，尤其是人畜共患病时，若不 妥善处理，可能引起疫情的发生，进而危害人畜健康。 If the wastes excreted from birds were not disposed properly, it will cause microbial contamination in the environment. In addition, manure contains a lot of parasites, ova, pathogenic bacteria and virus and will helps to propagate mosquitoes and flies, which will spread pathogenic bacteria. In the case of anthropozoonosis, any improper disposal might lead to disease outbreak and consequently affects the health of human and animal. 第五条:废弃物的无害化处理 Article Five: Harmless Disposal of Poultry Wastes 确保鸡群安全健康生产的同时，加强鸡场废弃物的无害化处理，可减少生产 对环境的污染。 Improvement of the harmless disposal of poultry wastes while assuring the health of flock can help to reduce environmental pollution from live production. (1) 粪便 Manure 粪便是鸡场主要的废弃物。鸡的消化道较短，饲料在消化道内停留时间短， 消化吸收率不高，因此鸡粪中含有较多未被消化吸收的营养物质。 Manure is the major waste from poultry farms. The GI tract of bird is quite short and the retaining time of feed in the digestive tract is rather short. Therefore the excreted manure contains unabsorbed nutrients. A、饲养周期过程中鸡粪处理 Manure Disposal during Growing Period 在饲养周期过程中，由于垫料潮湿、粪便稀薄等原因造成部分鸡粪需要清出鸡 舍，此时处理程序为将潮湿、结块、霉变等鸡粪和垫料灌入包装袋中，密封后从鸡 舍经脏道托送到鸡场垃圾处理房，集中存放，定期由外包人员运走。 3 南通市通州区佳晔肉接养殖专业合作社 During growing period, wet and caked litter/manure would be removed from the houses. The procedure is to pack all wet, moldy, and caked litter/manure into bags, then seal bags well and move them to garbage storage house at farms through dirty passage. This wet and caked litter/manure will be moved away from farms on a regular basis by outsourcing people. B、饲养周期结束后鸡粪集中处理 Manure Disposal at the End of Each Flock 饲养周期结束后，将鸡粪集中处理，外包于有机肥厂进行集中清理，有机肥厂 将进行发酵等方法处理，加工成有机肥。 At the end of each flock, all manure/litter remained in houses will be sold to outsourcing organic fertilizer factories that will process manure/litter into organic fertilizer by composing. 此有机肥禁止在鸡场周围5公里范围内使用。 The organic fertilizer must not be used within 5 km circumference from poultry farms. (2) 污水 Sewage 鸡场的污水主要来源于冲洗鸡舍的废水，如果任其流淌，会臭味四散，污染 环境和地下水。鸡场污水处理的方法为化学处理法:将鸡舍彻底清扫，鸡舍墙壁和 地面泼洒2%烧碱，然后用高压水冲洗，流出的废水汇集到鸡场内地沟渠内，在沟 渠内添加化学物质-火碱、季胺盐或碘制剂进行消毒处理。 4 南通市通州区佳晔肉接养殖专业合作社 Sewage on farm is mainly from washing chicken houses. If it is not disposed properly, the smell will disperse everywhere and the sewage will pollute environment and ground water. The chemical treatment will be employed to dispose sewage from farms: clean the house thoroughly, splash 2% caustic soda onto wall and floor and then flush with high pressure pump. All sewage will be drained to the ditches on the farms, Chemicals such as caustic soda, quaternary ammonium salt or iodine can be used to treat the sewage. (3) 死鸡 Dead Bird 对于死鸡的处理采取以下方法:将死鸡进行焚烧。 Dead birds can be disposed by incineration. 具体方法为:每天不定时将舍内死鸡捡出，放入包装袋密封后集中存放在指 定的地方;每天由专门人员集中定期将各鸡舍死淘鸡经脏道运送到死鸡处理房，进 行焚烧处理。在生物安全红色期时，在运送之前，死鸡要用肥皂和水浸泡润湿。否 则，死鸡不可以运输或转移。 Procedures: the dead birds will be picked up every day and be sealed in the package and put in a designated location. A designated employee will collect all dead birds from each house and move to dead bird disposal location through dirty passage for incineration. During the bio-security red stage, the dead birds need to be macerated with soap water before transfer and moving. (4)孵化场等其他废弃物 Wastes from Hatcheries 对于孵化场的废弃物进行打包密封后，运输至无害化处理厂，经过无害化处 5 南通市通州区佳晔肉接养殖专业合作社 理可以加以利用，无精蛋、死胎、毛蛋、死鸡处理后可以作为动物饲料添加;蛋壳 处理后制成蛋壳粉可作为钙饲料，也可加工成肥料。 All the wastes from the hatchery should be packed and delivered to hazard-free treatment plant. After hazard-free treatment, the processed items can be useful. For example, infertile eggs, dead embryos, addled eggs and dead DOCs can be used as feed ingredients after such hazard-free treatment. Egg shells can be processed to produce calcium enriched feed or for fertilizer. (5)生活垃圾 Household Waste 对于鸡场内的生活垃圾，集中存放于场内的垃圾桶内，每天两次定时运输至 生活垃圾处理站，外包于当地政府生活垃圾处理站进行处理。 All household wastes should be placed together in dustbin and transported to household waste treatment station twice a day. It can be outsourced to local governmental controlled household waste treatment station. (6)疫苗药品包装物 Used Packages for Vaccine & Medicine 对于使用完的药品、疫苗，其包装袋、瓶等废弃物，使用后及时将包装物收 集，使用0.5%的碘制剂浸泡1小时消毒后，集中焚烧处理。 Vaccine and medicine packages such as bags and bottles should be collected in time after the completion of the administration of vaccine or medicine, and be soaked in 0.5% iodine solution for about one hour and then incinerate all of them together. 6 南通市通州区佳晔肉接养殖专业合作社 第六条:所有外包项目承包单位须有相应资质，各个鸡场做好现场监督、效果反馈 等记录。 Article Six: All outsourcing parties should have relevant qualification certificates and licenses. Each farm should keep records of onsite supervision and effectiveness evaluation of the third party performance. 第七条:对各场废弃物的处理效果进行评估，由公司检查小组定期进行，孵化场、 种鸡场和饲料厂每三个月进行一次，肉鸡场每2批鸡一次。 Article Seven: Company Supervision Team will evaluate the waste disposal effectiveness periodically at each poultry farm and hatchery.
